Went to start up my wife's Ninja 250 after sitting for 3 weeks. The bike will kick over, reving to 2K rpms, then it dies. Giving it gas during start up does nothing as well. The choke has to be on all the way for it to even get this far anything less and nothing happens. A video of it can be found at the link below.

I've never played Diablo 1 or 2 and I briefly played the Diablo 3 beta, I enjoyed if very much and will most likely pick up the game sometime in the future. What I don't understand is how people say you can play Diablo for hundreds of hours. Are people really that crazy about loot? Is it impossible to beat the game without loot grinding? If someone could just shed some light or even their experiences that would be great. Thanks.

I just finished building my first PC gaming Rig, :) and despite a few pains here and there during the hardware installations everything has gone smoothly, until the very end. I loaded the 64-bit version of Windows 7 onto the computer, no problems there, set-up my wireless and started to load drivers off CDs that came with the various components. This is where I found the problem after loading the motherboard drives and resetting I found that the system won't boot Windows 7 without the CD being in the drive. I went into the BIOS and the HDD is the first boot CD/DVD is the second boot. The system will boot in safe mode with Internet connection on. I tried EasyBCd to push start up to the C: drive, but it didn't work. I have very little knowledge, see none, of boot systems and extensions files and such, so I need help. Anyone have any suggestions. My Specs are below if it helps.

Many people regard saying; Jesus Christ, when not actually referring to him, as taking the lords name in vein. Is this really true seeing as how the commandments predate Jesus? Is it Jesus' connection to God as his son that makes his name fall into the category of taking the lords name in vein. or is this something we as a culture have just determined to be blasphemy over the centuries.

My condo had a fire last year and I was displaced for much of the year. I was paying my mortgage and rent. My insurance company reimbursed me for the rent I incurred, while displaced. My question is this, Is this rent deductible on my taxes? I live in the state of massachusetts, where I know rent is a state deduction or at you least you can claim the amount of money spent on rent. Is it reasonable to claim this even though i was reimbursed?

The temperature of my shower is not working properly. I have the mixing valve on the water heater closed and the thermostat turned up. When I take a shower in the morning I have to turn the shower on as far as it will go, but I still can't get the temperature up past 110*F, however it seems that if I let the hot water on the sink faucet run for a few minutes the shower can reach upwards of 140*F on high. I can't for the life of me figure out why this is.

If I purchase a home for $50,000, put $10,000 into it for repairs and sell it for $100,000 do I have to pay taxes on $50,000 or $40,000 profit?

When watching TV through my cable box, I have Verizon Fios and I'm connected through an HDMI cable, I have to turn the volume to 80 to hear it. One night I had friends over and we were watching something on-demand and had the tv cranked to 100 and still had trouble hearing it. Couple things, first I know their is a volume setting on the cable box, which is maxed out already at 30, so that is not the issue. Also, video game systems and dvd player volumes all can be heard quite nicely at a volume setting of 25-30. I've played with the tv audio settings and even tried a different HDMI cable to no effect. I called LG and they were no help at all, does any one have any guesses as to what the heck is going on? Could it be the cable box its self?

I think we've all dreamed about winning the lottery and the things we could do with the money. When I read about someone winning in the news paper I think "How lucky" then I read about how much they actually get if they take it in one slump sum and I get furious. Case in point, a man from South Carolina, just won a $259.9 Million jackpot. If he takes it all at once he gets $88million after all is said and done. $88 million is a far cry from $259.9million. Now I understand taxes federal, state, and local, but come on he gets to keep only 1/3 of the winnings. My question is how, with the lottery commission advertising $259.9 as the jackpot, do they not get sued for false advertisement.

I've just beat Resident Evil 5 and I am looking to get unlimited ammo for all the weapons. Getting the money to upgrade all the weapons isn't a huge problem. I can get $26,000 in 7min on Chapter 4-1, my problem is getting enough experience points to purchase the infinite ammo. Does anyone know a quick way to gain experience points? I can only seem to get 1,000 a piece when I beat a game chapter and I don't want to have to beat the game 15 times.

I have a 600MB .mov file that I ripped from a home movie. The home movie was a professional transfer of a VHS tape to DVD, I'm just trying to make more copies. When I put the ripped file into iDVD to make a new DVD the file suddenly decides it wants to be 2.2GB. I have the settings turned to Best Quality instead of Best Performance ( which would have made the file even larger) is their anyway to make the file smaller so I can fit more onto a 4.7GB single Layer DVD

After playing through numberous iterations of the Metroid series it dawned on me the other day that through out the series Samus has been called a bounty hunter, but her actions in the various games would suggest she's more of a Galactic Federation Special Ops. She never really captures anyone for cash purposes. Each games is similar something happens on a planet involving metroids or space pirates and the federation sends her to investigate or save some scientists or soldiers. Does anyone have an opinion on this. Is Samus truely a bounty hunter, if so give an example, or is she something else?

I own the network adaptor for the 360 and I am also able to connect my Nintendo Wii wirelessly to my iMac through its internal wireless airport signal (not the airport extreme), but I can't get the 360 to connect no matter what I do both Automatic or manually putting in the IP, netmask, and DNS. I have also tried it with diabled security as well.
