Asking For Terrorism to commemorate Terrorism?
I just saw a story where the family of flight 93 has asked the government to seize some property so they can have a memorial since they won't sell it.
Flight 93 memorial doesn't need 220 acres.
Doesn't asking the government to seize the land amount to using government terrorism to commemorate another act of terrorism?
I think the family members of those in the flight have some self delusion of what their family members did. I am sorry it just is not as important as they believe it to be
2 AnswersGovernment1 decade agoHave you ever felt violated twice.?
My 8 year old daughter was molested by a 10 year old girl at a slumber party. I found out 3 days later and reported it. The Det told me that since it was a she said/she said issue they would not persue court action against her.
As her father I feel the child has been abused twice. What if any recourse do I have (legally).
I am getting her counseling and do all the good things that should be done for her.
16 AnswersParenting1 decade agoWhat are Essential Oils?
I keep hearing about them. Are they from some religion, mythology or beleif system?
I am not trying to be funny. I would like honest answers from those that know. I feel they will have more info or knowledge than a website.
Thanks for the help
4 AnswersAlternative Medicine1 decade agoIs Yahoo Answers Anti-Christian?
I see repeated posting from people insulting Christians and their beliefs very often on here and they are allowed to post at will. When non offensive answers are posted to these it seems that the abuse crew find this to be offensive.
A Mormom asked what others opinion was of the LDS church. I stated the in my opinion it was a cult (can provide studies to prove it) and that there was recovery groups for those that had left the LDS. Now it seems after 4 months (was posted in August) Yahoo has deemed that to be in violation of the guidelines.
It is not the points that are the issue. It is the glaring fact the christian bashers can post without any problem and at will but say anything against any other religious group and YA abuse crew will violate you.
P.S. Don't bother to click the link in the violation notice. You can defend yourself but all you get from YA is a cut and paste reply and they never give a real reponse.
17 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoRemoving Deep freeze odors?
I was given a deep freeze. It had been outside for some time with meat rotting in it. I have cleaned it with everything I can thing of and nothing removes the smell and the smell has tained anything I have placed in it.
I would like to have any input that will help. I would hate to get rid of it but I currently can't use it because of the smell.
Thank You in advance for the help
10 AnswersCleaning & Laundry1 decade agoDo people have common sense?
I have seen 25-30 questions asking if E-Bay is down.
Why do people feel the need to come to another site and ask about it. Do they not know to search the site in question? Send an email? Call the customer service number?
I have seen this happen with several other sites as well.
Is it a lack of common sense?
The bill pay at my bank was down this morning. I didn't feel the need to ask a question on Yahoo about it. I called them. Is it that hard to think
8 AnswersInternet1 decade agoCollection of Student Loans?
The Fed can hound you till the day you die for a student loan? They require others to stop at the lastest 20 years if a suit was filed.
My wife had a student loan 23 years ago for one quarter and they har hounding her to death about it. She is disabled on social security so they can't take anything foe her and we were not married when it happened.
Can I file a civil suit against the department of education for pursuing this long after any legal statute of limitation has ran out?

Hey Yahoo is it possible to block annoying posters like we can block people in chat?
5 AnswersYahoo Answers1 decade agoLife without parole?
In my opinion all the life without parole should be converted to death within 120 days.
Do you realise that we could pay off the national debt in 12 years with the savings that would occur if we did.
Keeping them locked up for life has no redeeming value and is very costly.
And for those of you who want to whine "what if they are innocent" The odds will tell you that they committed many crimes that they didn't get caught for. In my opinion a acceptable loss.
14 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoIs anybody else suprised?
At the stupidity that abounds in these questions. What am I wearing? Do you think I should? what if I?
These people can't even wipe themselves without asking the popular opinion poll.
And when told to either grow a spine or a brain and think for themselves. They either email you or spam every question they can with go f**k yourself comment.
Are they that depenant on others that a unkind word from someone they don't know and will never meet and never cared about them to start with crashs their world or are they just attention whores because their parents have better things to do?
I look forward to the feedback and thanks for reading

Took my kids to a McD in a walmart store and she wanted tomato on her 99 cent sandwich. I was informed that it was going to be 69 cents to add a single slice of tomato to her sandwich.
I could of walked out of the store and into the produce department and bought an entire pound of them for 79 cents.
Do they think we are stupid?
