I have a 1993 Saturn SL2 and it makes a loud whirring noise when driving straight and turning right. It however goes away when i turn the wheel to the left. It is less evident at very low speeds(<10mph). The car does slightly pull to the right as well, unsure if its related tho. This problem has me stumped. Any serious help is much appreciated.

My state tax return for IL was accepted on 2/2/2013 and I still have not received my return.
