My refrigerator is on level 5... Is that okay? The refrigerator is a Hot Point Appliance. What should the freezer be set on. So far everything in the freezer has been defrosting and has been dripping water from where ice is suppose to be. We have the freezer set on 9. What should we do? We have everything in a second refrigerator just to be safe. Please, somebody help.

I download Zwinky on my mom computer cause I like chatting with my friends. I'm not allowed to have a Myspace and I have on anyways and I thought that was messing up my computer. I deleted Zwinky cause I didn't need it not that I'm getting a laptop. This morning my computer was corrupt so I thought it would help too. I just found out that Zwinky has a million viruses and I feel so bad and I know it's all my fault. Did deleting Zwinky make my computer virus free or not at risk or what? Please I need help.
