i play high school football and injured my back 2 days ago. i play left tackle and when i got out of my stance i felt something shift or pop in my back. the pain was very severe and i could hardly walk to the trainer. i've taken ice baths and done therapy with chiropractor, etc. However i have made just a little progress. the pain is sharp and stretches into my leg and neck on the left side. The chiropractor is going to give me x rays and such if it is not better in 5 days. no one has diagnosed me and I wanted to know if anyone could even hint me as to what may be wrong, thank you.

Im a big redsox fan and so is my entire family, (from brockton mass.) and have came into the possession of a ted williams signed baseball and a picture of him and his plane that he was in the war with, also signed. i hae no intention of selling it but i made a bet with my friend on how much it is worth. I just recovered from a broken hand and played football (high school o - line) in a cast for my freshman year. i did great, and was on varsity before i started to play with my cast. my squat stayed high at 235 and probably more because i could do leg press and stuff. now my bench is only like 100 - 105 and spring starts in 2 months, what are some excersice's as well as benching to get strong upper body fast.

i live in florida so i am used to them, however... i went looking with my friend for a neighbors dog gonne missing in my neighborhood for like 3hrs after football so gave up for that day. then tom i found out that in my like 25yd length pond and 10 yd width a 6 ft gator snatched it from out of the water and killed it. trappers set a trap but i wanna see the croc not catch it for obvious reasons. dont say jump in or anything and im looking down from a steep hill on my bike so im safe how could i get it to come out? please help!
