The other day my black ink pen leaked, I now have few blobs of black ink on my jeans.

I like the jeans, and don t really want to throw them away.

Is there anything that I can use to get rid of the ink stains.?

I am in the Uk, and recently I brought a tv from Slovakia, I checked before to see if was a reliable company, it was 3/5 rating , so I trusted it.

The Company is responding to my emails

but they say they out of stock, so I keep on asking for a refund, and they still have not refunded me after 1 month.

I am not sure what to do now?
