Ive got freeview upstairs in the bedroom and cant get a good enough signal as ive no proper ariel. I have virgin downstairs and am getting it upstairs in 4 weeks time. so i need a quick fix for the 4 weeks - i dont want to spend money on a ariel as i wont need one in 4 weeks anyway. Ive tried speaker wire (which is pants) and am going to try a steel coathanger which i cant fine yet. any other ideas????

ive a new combi/condensing boiler (worcester bosche) - am i better fitting a new electric shower or could i run a new one direct from the new boiler and avoid electric shower altogether??
