What's a good device to play streaming content on our TV?
Right now we watch streaming content through Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime on our PS3. Lately the PS3's wireless capability has been on the fritz so we are looking for other options to stream content on our TV - any recommendations? Thanks!

8 AnswersCycling6 years agoGet the smell of urine out of a washer?
Serious question no gross answers! We have a woman living with us who has an incontinence problem and does nothing to manage it. The washer stinks after she does laundry and now my clothes are starting to stink too. I ran a cycle empty with just bleach but if anything it made the ammonia smell worse. Any suggestions?
4 AnswersCleaning & Laundry7 years agoam i an idiot for staying in this marriage?
Married almost 10yr with an 8mo son. Husb has always had a temper but never hurt anyone, just damages things. Most recently smashed the printer into 1000 pieces. I told him I would take the baby away if he ever hurt him and I mean it. But I believe strongly in family and that a boy needs a father, father has rights et. I don't want to break that up without a darn good reason. But something happened recently that got me worried. We got rid of the dog for snapping at the baby. She had done it befopre but this was the first time she made contact. Looking back it was only a matter of time, and I was foolish for just hoping things would work out. So my question is, is my husband like that dog? Do I need to be smart and learn a lesson here?
6 AnswersMarriage & Divorce7 years agoGreat geeky baby gifts?
So we've got our first baby due in the end of July. We're big geeks into sci-fi, fantasy, RPG gaming, just looking for something other than the traditional baby rattles that express our personality and get our little gamer off on the right start. Looking for any and all suggestions into where to find fun baby toys and accessories!

NOT homework, real world question here. Two types of package take 6 hours total to ship. In one instance, I shipped 83 of package A and 44 of package B in 6 hours. In another instance, I shipped 43 of package A and 128 of package B in 6 hours. Package A obviously is slower and will be fewer packages per minute. How can I figure out how many packages per minute I am sending? Ex. I send # of package A per minute and # of package B per minute. Anyone?
1 AnswerHomework Help8 years agoHow can I tell if I'm having a miscarriage?
Sorry this is long - I had an ultrasound and the dr said I looked 5 weeks along. That doesn't sound right because I took the pregnancy test 4 weeks before that and I'd already suspected something for a while. Also for those five weeks I was having cramping and nausea, which the nurses all said was normal. But now it's all stopped. I mean I have zero symptoms. You would never guess I was pregnant. The dr wanted another ultrasound at 8 weeks and I'm really worried about what he's going to find. Does all this mean the baby isn't viable?
2 AnswersTrying to Conceive9 years agoHow do you tell if a fetus isn't viable?
Would you invariably have symptoms and what would they be? I'm scared to death of going along thinking everything's progressing normally, and then out of the blue the doctor says it's not viable. This pregnancy makes me so nervous...
1 AnswerPregnancy9 years agoHow do I kill weeds in my garden?
We let our garden get overrun last year. This year I'm digging them all out so we can start fresh next year. The thing is I'm just one person and it's a large plot, and I'm not done but now stuff is growing back where I already went over it. I do plan to lay down new soil next year. What is the most effective way to kill weeds? Thank you!
5 AnswersGarden & Landscape9 years agoGood Christian books but not American?
I am American and I feel like sometimes American Christianity is in a bubble. I am really interested in reading books about Christian life and spirituality, Biblical interpretation, from people in other countries especially not Western culture. But they do need to be available in English as I cannot read any other language. Any suggestions?
6 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoComputer question - user accounts?
OK so I'm using Windows XP and I also have a computer with Windows 7. My stepmom installed an update to Adobe and managed to completely screw my Acrobat. Now I am having to reinstall the entire software. She was using a guest account at the time. Isn't this the sort of thing that guest accounts are supposed to prevent? She should not have even had the option to accept an update. Anyone know how i can change that?
2 AnswersSecurity9 years agoHelp with my root canal?
I have to go get a root canal. Everyone winces when I tell them and says "Oh poor baby" and generally acts like I'm getting major surgery. I've never had one before and it's really freaking me out! Can someone please tell me it's not so bad?
3 AnswersDental10 years agoHow do I clean my cast iron skillet?
I fried some corn tortillas in it in a little vegetable oil. Now it's got this grimy, sticky film that will not come off. It resists all scrubbing and soap. Have I ruined my beloved skillet???
6 AnswersCleaning & Laundry10 years agoDoes my dog need a vet?
She is shedding her winter coat and has developed some small bald spots above her right hip. The largest is about the size of a dime. Someone suggested maybe she chews herself there, and it's possible but I have not noticed any chewing in that spot. Should I be concerned? What should I do?
7 AnswersDogs1 decade agoWhat do I do with too much ham?
My husband brought home three fully cooked hams. I'm not a big fan of ham. First because I try to eat healthy and ham doesn't strike me as very healthy. And also because I don't know what to do with ham besides make a sandwich. Please give me recipes and other ideas for how to use ham. Thanks!

7 AnswersOther - Society & Culture1 decade agoShould dogs eat human food?
Pros: Dogs have the same nutritional requirements as humans, dogs weren't meant to eat little round pellets their entire life, dogs have a fantastic sense of smell and we have to assume their sense of taste is good too
Cons: my dog is 7 years old and probably too old to change up her diet now, not really knowing if she's getting the right nutrition, can wreak havoc on her digestion in very messy ways
So - what do you think? Discuss!
23 AnswersDogs1 decade agoEustachian tube dysfunction?
The doctor told me I have eustachian tube dysfunction. I have been dealing with it for about 6 weeks. The doctor says there's pretty much no way to treat it, but they told me to come back if it wasn't better. I think probably the next step might be putting tubes in my ears. It is not painful, just a little bothersome in the mornings. Should I go back to see the doctor or should I just wait and see if it will eventually clear up? Any suggestions?
