on july 17 2010 my husband and i were on a beach date. off in the distance we saw a blue heron perched on a cliff a short distance from us with the sunset behind it. yes i have a picture.

i had also seen one a few weeks earlier in a place where they should not be, inland in a stable yard. there is more to the story but i am wondering if there is some sort of folklore about them and seeing them alone, i have only seen them in pairs before.

so hub had an affair 2mths before he became unquestionable symptomatic with brain cancer, not really an affair a hook up........he didnt even know her last name., just a random......hook up that he hooked up with less then half a dozen times in 3 months, someone he saw occasionally thru work...no marital problems existed previous too that, she started it, he didnt say no.. and his thinking got messed up. he started avoiding her at all costs. he ended things less then two months before he was admitted into the hospital for surgery. i didnt have a clue until it was over that is how much his fling meant.

not so much looking for answeres as much as someone who knows something anything about what happens to the mind in the span of time leading up too the diagnosis of the BIG C especially in the brain.

Had my computer cleaned and data transferred last week. Had to download Picasa3 in order to find my photos. This evening I am trying to add some photos from Picasa to Facebook and I can't. What should I do to fix this problem?

When I build my web page tomorrow am I going to have the same problem? (not being able to find the files and photos I want because they are in Picasa) Used too use Microsoft picture library but I cant find it....I can' t really find anything.

I hurt my back last weekend, it feels fine now and i feel like running tomorrow, good idea or not.

ok, i am run/walking for 25 min 4 days a week min in the morning and in the evening i do yoga 3 or 4 times a week for 30 mins. i am not necessarily trying to loose weight but to tone up and be healthier.

so how long will it take to see and feel a difference??

i went diving for the first time the other day and fell in love. at 17ft for 41mins.(i know not deep but the time was good)

i already know what a course will cost, but what about equipment?

I will check out ebay for some and purchase my goggles and mouth piece new, flippers new as well. I also realize i dont have to go crazy and buy stuff because alot can be rented.

I run some now but not on a regular basis. i dont have anyone to run with and cant get away to join a running club.. suggestions to keep motivated, anyone want to run with me and encourage each other?

any suggestions as too a brand of mask and snorkel? and fins i need fins.

so when the price of gas is too high to drive and there is no public transit and the roads are not cleared enough to ride your bike in the winter without literally trusting your life too the yahoos that drive ( we have no shoulders on the road or sidewalks) what do you do?????

Two of my older cats are over 10, one is 9 mths old and my beagle is 3 yrs and my huskey mix is 5, everyone gets along. The beagle I am looking at is about 10 mos old. Apparently very trainable and already house trained...What do you think.?

Hi, I live on PEI, I have camped on the Island many many times, have camped on a small island in Fundy. We are trying to decide whether to go back to Fundy, stay on PEI or go around the Fredericton area or possibly Shediac. Any one have any suggestions???(Nova Scotia really doesnt do it for any of us, dont know why but it really doesnt)

okay so I am leaving the vehicle at home. I am going to start cycling to and from work, (and will eventually work into cycling lots on the weekends and running errands and stuff) I live in a somewhat rural communitee (not that that matters).

What do I need to know, be aware of, prepare for? I live in Prince Edward Island (Canada) and am hoping to bike for as long into the winter as I can depending on the snow level.

Any suggestions or tips would be great.
