I am thinking about this phone but I am seeing lots of problems with cracked screens in various forums etc. Just trying to get a feel for whether this is a definite design flaw or whether people are dropping it, carrying it in tight pockets, pushing buttons too hard...any first hand knowledge would be appreciated.

Not looking for iPhone recommendations...thanks.

The Supreme Court on Monday rejected a favorite tool of prosecutors in immigration cases, ruling unanimously that a federal identity-theft law may not be used against many illegal workers who used false Social Security numbers to get jobs.

The question in the case was whether workers who use fake identification numbers to commit some other crimes must know they belong to a real person to be subject to a two-year sentence extension for “aggravated identity theft.”

The answer, the Supreme Court said, is yes.

If you are going to call yourself the scifi channel then that is what you should air. Just for laughs question...if the weather channel programmed their schedule like the SciFi channel, what kind of shows would we see?

do you think they should change the name of yahoo answers to yahoo crystal ball? some people seem to think they can give you just the slightest details and get a meaningful response. as if maybe you and them were just talking about it yesterday and they can just add a few tidbits of info and then ask their question. or maybe you know their whole life story already cause you are best friends with their mother.

i have heard some women who feel mccain did this just to get their vote and they aren't buying it, but the poll change would seem to indicate some women are.
