I have terminated my lease but I still have to pay until the landlord finds a new tenant. I don't have a problem with that because my rent was low($1575) and I assume that finding a new tenant would be easy, but now that landlord have increase the price by $170 and the process is taking much longer. I really don't wanna pay for 3-4 months because the landlord decided to increase the rent.

The questions I have is are the landlord allowed to increase the rent by that much (I was only 3 months into the lease) and If I find a new tenant to takeover my lease, can the landlord still increase the rent?

I have this weird rash over my pelvis now for about 3-4 months. am looking to find a doctor in my area(didnt have health care 6 months now) but its gonna take 2-3 weeks before i could see a doctor.

The rash is only along my belt line, its slightly darker than my skin, its gets really dry and it sometimes itch like crazy. when i do itch it, it gets bumpy, but after awhile, the bumps deflate.

I have been using cortizone 10 and aveeno anti itch cream, but it has now effect.

I also have a really small rash or dark area that appeared on my right side stomach about 2 years ago. its the same color is the pelvis rash but it doesn't itch and i get no discomfort from it.

any type of help will be appreciated

Looking for a place to buy a birthday ice cream cake for a friend. It has to be white cake flavor and chocolate chip cookie dough. They charged my mother $300 for not returning the receivers when she misplaced them, so i have them now and just wondering would they charge a lease fee if i already own my own boxes?

was told by an employee at autozone that the universal 02 sensor was hard to install and that i should buy the one made for my car. but the problem is that the universal one is $70 and the one made for my car is $185. just wanna know, is it that hard to install this?

I have a 98 Honda Civic ex m/t. Recently (2-3 weeks) the car has popping out of gear, don't know what caused it and that's the only gear that does that. The car drives fine but the 2nd gear is has worsen as time goes on.

Could any one help me resolve this issue?

has anyone installed a asr subframe, sway bar, and end links? got this weird annoying squeaking noise that coming from my rear passage side. am thinking its the endl inks because its all metal and they got rusted very quick (4 months) and theirs no bushings on it.

i also installed new shocks and coils (illumina/GC) about 2 months before i installed the sway bar. there was a squeaking noise before, which i knew came from my speakers but this could also be the issue. some mechanic told me my rear shock was blown, but i think he was wrong because my boiz shocks blown in the some spot and mines dont feel as shitty as his and mines is lower.

thinking about buying some blox end links (which has bushings) and see if it stop the squeaking. let me know your opinion about this problem.

iight am getting a gsr in about a month or so (waiting for better weather) and wanted to change the clutch and flywheel. I searched but found conflicting results; some say its not aggressive but other said its to aggressive, so am kind of confused. Just looking for something to utilize full power of the stock motor and continue when i start building.

piecing together a ls swap and just wondering would a 4-1 header fit a ls motor? cant seem to find one for a ls.

i could find one for a gsr so am i might buy that, if am reassured that it would fit.

i got a problem, my 98 civic has been making this annoy clunking sound on my front passenger side for a month now and i just cant stand it. i had new rotors/pads, GC coils/Tokico Illumina shocks, but the shop kinda did a horrible job and i would not like to take my car back there. i took it to another shop to get checked out, they checked everything and said that it was the shocks (but they seem unsure) they said that its because theirs no bushing at the bottom of the shock and that its hitting metal to metal. But the problem is there was only bushing supplied for the upper mount, and the rest of the car is hitting metal to metal and not making the same noise. just wanna know if anyone had a problem like this, could the be improbably placed and causing this clunk, this sounds like metal to metal banging, and the side the noise is coming from doesn't take bumps as good as the drivers side.

am thinking about taking it to another shop to get the passenger side reinstalled

I was driving on a 3 lane street, I was in the middle lane and the person on my left was the one who hit me, she hit me trying to avoid hitting someone else. the police came and they told us to exchange info and they left( my insurance told me that they filed a report at the police station). I went and got my car apprised 2 days ago and am waiting for it in the mail. On my coverage i took the $500 deductible for collision, am just wondering would i still have to pay my deductible if i wasn't at fault for the accident?
