what does the ash stand for, on ash wednesday

okay this has to do with my husband and his family, well first of all i am not talking to my husbands sisters cuz of a situation that happened between us, but then again they have never liked me, but anyway one of them thinks that she can run my family, by telling my husband that she is going to assume that i am not going to have a say in whether she gets to see him or my kids well, i don't give a crap if he talks to them, its his family, ill never stop him, but MY KIDS, well they are mine and i say that i don't want them around my kids, i mean all this started cuz my kids supposedly have the fault in everything, my kids rent angels but hey i am also going to be fair, unlike them, but anyway after this happened my husband receives an email from some woman, and it say"i was waiting for your call, what happened, well anyway tell your sisters i said hi, call me ill be waiting" well i confronted him about it and he swore up and down that he had nothing to do with it or didn't know anything about it or who she was, but i don't know whether to believe him or not, could it be his sisters trying to break us up i don't know help please, usually i would handle this on my own but i need some input, please

i have had this chest pain that shoots through to my back like where my shoulder blade is at, and this dull pain in my shoulder, all this is happening on my left side, and i am pretty scared, i cant afford to go to the doctor, but also don't want to wait to long if i could be having a heart attack,

oh and i am 28 years old oh and where i have the pain in my chest it also feels different then my right side, and the pain also shoots through my left breast, but all on the left side

i have been sore to the touch for about ...well half this month and it usually doesnt happen untill 2 or three days before my mentrual. i have had alot of sleepless night and wake up hurting ..like my back and shoulder. i have had my tubes tied so i dont think it can be pregnancy, and i also have been needing to urinate alot. like everytime i take a sip of something it seems, please help me with some kind of answer thank you.

my spouse and i are only common law married , but for the past 2 years he has been recieving a check through a private insurance and last year he was able to claim his tax return because the company that was paying him after injury was taking taxes out , but then the company sold there company and now a private insurance picked it up and started paying him (ITS NOT WORKERS COMP OR A DISABILTY CHECK) but he tried to file his tax return this year and he was told that he couldnt because it was non taxable, because the private insurance is not taking anything out. is there anything else we can do
