Hi. Ive had a nasty stomach bug for 6 days now! At first i was just getting it in the evening and i couldnt eat dinner and had a lot of trouble getting to sleep at night. When i lie down i feel worse, but when im sitting up i feel slightly better? Is this normal?

Ive been puking in the evenings when i mostly get it. As well as the stomach bug, ive got a scorching headache! it is really affecting me. Can anyone tell me what i could do to resolve my problem and what it is exactly that i have wrong with me? thanks soo much!
