I want to subscribe to a site that only allows RSS feeds, but I want an E-mail to be sent to me every time a new article is put up so I can have immediate alert of the new article ...is there any way to do this?

I'm looking for someone that could help me make a website.

It will have to be able to let people create accounts, where they input school, locations , and 5 or 6 other pieces of info. Then once this is done, they need to be able to search other users by these 5 or 6 different pieces of info, or just browse other users by school, location, etc....they also need to be able to get in, and change their info at any time.

If a really simple forum (It could even have one thread...like a chat) could be connected, that would be great.

I am willing to pay someone to help me out with this (mods if I can't say this, sorry, please delete) but anyone that could help me out or at least point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.
