my new girls estranged, legally separated, husband lives next door with his mommy and even though a restraining order has been filed, hes been arrested once for spotlighting the house at 2 a.m. in the morning. still continues his harassment. he is on misdemeanor probation for pulling a gun on a good friend of mine last year. I have personal seen him creeping the yard, gazing into the garage and shed some 200 yards from the house.

when can I take action?

how do I defend myself afterwards? no trespassing sighns are posted, the sherrifs department is aware but unmoved.

please help me defend these helpless ladies whoe fear for their lives.

I was working for a high end apartment complex shaking a sighn for a day labor company. upon arrival the apartment staff said there was no place to put my back pack indoors and they were not responsible for supplying me with indoor storage. So I put my pack next to my locked up bicycle within three feet of their front door. Within 10 minutes of me starting my backpack was stolen. The apartment manger and staff were cold and indifferent, as was the staff of my labor pool. My pack had my prescription medication in it and many irreplaceable items. I am curious if anyone besides myself is responsible? This was a jobsite and I was not given any advanced warning that there would be no storage or a place to put my backpack. (Which there was a place indoors, its just obvious they were a bunch of snobs) they said 'ur supposed to lock it in your car' I ride a bike and always have.

I have an excellent job opportunity, but I have to get a registration card showing my cherokee indian heritage, my grandfather on my mothers side was full blooded chrokee and Ive been told in the past that makes me eligable, I just dont know where to start. -Jason

As obscure as many of these movies were I always remember this one, a pbs special no doubt, but a little kid carves a wooden indian in a canoe with his dad in fron of the fireplace in the winter. For real folks, insurance companies is paying into an imaginary system. My gf has a nice car with a basic policy. If I get into an accident if its my fault will her insurance pay damages, u know the other guy wont let it slide and its the car covered not the person. another issue is my license is suspended until jan, I dont think it maters, seperate issue seperate ticket. I am wondering if the car is covered even if ur 8 yr old grandson takes it for a ride and wipes out half the town, is it covered?

2 months ago I left my job, my hometown and all my stability to hook up with a long time internet girl. We had talked over a year and had so many perfect things in common. Then after I get here and stay with her out comes the truth about an ex bf she works with 6 days a week. The first week we were together she chose his word over mine in a vry serious and shady exchange of goods. We have had talks and set boundries over this man and it seems for naught. This thurs he approched her at work, pulled her hair in front of his manager buddy and tried to get her off into a side room for a 'talk' at first I was noaffected, but then after discussion she was reluctant to file any sort of complaint at work, citing it would get her fired or he would mess with her car at work and telling on him would just cause trouble. I came inot this relationship completely prepared and without ANY outside influences. We are having serious debate over this guy and she says she will handle it, but when it coomes down to it, he still feels no worries in approaching her at work. Is this sonmething I should tolerate or invest my time and emotions in, public opinion is key here. -J

I keep hearing things out in the woods, I used to hear cyotes close but they dnt come around anymore. Ive heard laying nuse under a full moon or drinking tepid water from a wolfs pawprint causes it. This dog eats gourmet food, has a cushy bed W a baby blanket, but when she sees a skunk she gets a stripe of fur to streak up acrost her back and she barks at the moon. You know, rises up on haunches and puts nose to the wind and cries a 'gonna get you skunk' WTF?

I used to live in an apt above a funeral home in a small town, I was single dating, working at a small pawnshop and having much fun in a band. At the top of the stairs next to my apt was the display room for the coffins. Some were ulta-fancy, one cost 16.000$ Being a creative soul, always on the hunt for the obscure, I asked several ladies on different ocassions if they would like to go for a romp in the fanciest one. None would go for it, I thought it was making memories?

Im not gothic, I wouldnt leave spew in the satin, and what better energy to send grandad off to the hearafter with?
