My mom and I have been trying to figure this out all day and even with the research I've done, I'm still confused because I am getting mixed answers everywhere I go.

Now, let's say I'm looking at a men's shirt in front of me. Like, I'm looking at the shirt as it lays on my bed; not holding it up to my body or anything. What side are the buttons on - left or right? I already know that the buttons on the women's shirt are going to be on the opposite side of the shirt and I already know all the reasons why it's supposedly that way. (Who dressed who in the olden days is the most common answer although I've heard other silly stuff, too. Anyway, ... back to the question... )

I need hard core FACTS. What SIDE are the buttons on on a men's shirt? Any, proof of information would be taken most seriously. I can't take anyone's word for it anymore cuz everyone's giving me different answers and everyone seems to be confused - therefore, I'm confused! lol Thanks

I am rereading the entire series just for fun. Right now I'm rereading Survivor In Death (the Nixie Swisher case). On page 145, she references back to a case that involves a suspect surnamed Palmer who had a "revenge [killing] spree after his prison escape the previous winter" where he abducted Dr. Mira and "caged her in a basement to lure Eve to his sick New Year's Eve celebration". Which book did this event take place? Possibly in one of her anthologies, maybe? (None of which I have read yet but I just bought the book that has 3 of the anthologies in 1.) Does anyone know in which book this event took place? Thanks.

You know how they say what goes around comes around? I was thinking about that cuz I wanted to get my own personal revenge on this guy who used me. I decided not to do it for a number of reasons but then I began to think about how people are always saying that karma and "living well" (bulls*it) are the best types of revenge. Yet, I've never heard of any instances where something like that really happened. Anybody got some stories?

Recently, I found out that my former boss admitted to my former supervisor that she had gone to other department stores that I and my former coworker had applied to and told the hiring managers not to hire us because we were a whole bunch of things we're not (always late, not team players, etc.) How do I go about suing her for this because I KNOW it's against the law. (And by how I mean what type of lawyer should I seek out. I know they all handle different types of cases.)

I always get sick of good people getting the short end of the stick and people who don't deserve happiness get away with everything! The last guy I dated hurt me and now he's in a relationship, but he's been cheating on her ever since they even got together! So some days I'm tempted to just send her a message and rat on him! I know it's wrong, it's mean, unneccessary and childish, and I admit I'd only be doing it out of spite. But some days I get so tired of being a "good girl". I feel like I should let myself indulge just this once.

I need a therapist. But I can't afford one. I heard that there are special programs in Chicago (where I live) that offer some type of financial assistance to people like me but I don't know where or what they are or how to find them. Any insight?

I have 3 cats. (I didn't plan it that way but here we are lol) I definitely don't plan to get any more but I was just wondering, if you, personally, have cats, what are some good suggestions or products that you use for keeping kitty fur, kitty litter tracking, and kitty smells at a minimum? Its bad enough that the majority of my friends are allergic to cats so I always have Benadryl on hand for when they come to visit but I'd also like to be able to ensure that my place isn't a kitty mess and they can be more comfortable when they visit.

I can't find Pink's Heartbreaker on any of her albums. Is it a hidden track? Is it on any of her albums at all? Is it on a movie soundtrack perhaps? I can't find it anywhere.

I have a problem at work. Actually, I have many problems at work which is why I decided to put in my 2 weeks notice the day before yesterday. I had every intention of fulfilling my last 2 weeks but then I found out that last week my manager changed my schedule without asking or even telling me that she changed it. I told my HR office and they said they couldn't do anything about it. When I confronted my manager about it, she tried to say it was someone else's fault but I have proof that it wasn't. This made me so mad that now I don't even want to finish out the last two weeks. She wouldn't change my schedule back and she changed a day that I'm not available to work. What else can I do?

Isn't it possible to put a VHS into some DVD/VCR combos and record them onto DVDs? I have a TON of VHS tapes and let's be for real who uses those anymore? I don't even have a VCR anymore because the 2 I had both broke. I'd like to record my movies to DVDs so that I can clear some space in my bookcase as well as preserve the movies themselves for a little while longer. How can I do this? And which DVD/VCR combo should I purchase to do it?

My car was totaled in a car accident that was totally the other driver's fault. He made an illegal turn in front of my car causing me to swerve and crash into a pole. And he's admitted fault to the police. All I want is a new car and my medical bills paid. Tell me I'm right.
