The clutch is slipping. installed a new slave cylinder, I bled the line to the slave cylinder. Installed new clutch and pressure plate. The clutch pedal engages at the very end of travel, less than a half inch from the top, and the clutch is now slipping. What do I do now?

The clutch doesn't engage until the very end of the pedal. Should I replace the slave cylinder on the transmission or the master cylinder? Or could the problem be something else?

My clutch engages at the very end of the pedal. I just installed a new clutch kit. The movement at the slave cylinder is only 1/2 inch when you press the clutch pedal. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?
