My friend told me that he was told by his co-employee the other day to find another job after doing a mistake he did. He was helping a customer out by going to the storage room, but realized he was about to reach his fifth hour and so he clockout, forgetting his customer. During his break his co-employee talked to him and told what happened and that he should find another job. Is that right? Is his co-employee allowed to say that in the first place? If no, is there something he could do about it because for me, it seems like verbal abuse but not sure.

And my friend said that he was not aware of the time because of the many errands he have to do because his co-employee told him to.

Why do i need this in the first place?

well, to make things short, i have a prototype, called a smokers' quit watch. it is a digital watch with a smoke detector. It records the time the user had smoke. After we presented the prototype, we were asked to make the design detect only the smoke of a cigarette and not any smoke.

So the question is, how do we do this?

where in the philippines. if we would buy this kind of detector? how to build one for ourselves? any ideas?
