I have been emotional for the last few weeks, there have been past events that i have been thinkin of such as how supportive my parents have been but I misjudged them at the time.

I have so many times that I wanted to break down and cry, but I can't seem to get any tears out.

What does this mean? I don't understand it, I used to be able to cry whenever I needed to.

I keep getting numb in my legs and feeling sick. I also keep dwelling on past events for no reason, been happening every day now. Also I can only sleep for about 7 hours and no more. I never used to be like that, i could sleep in afternoons too.

Does that mean I have anxiety. I don't really want to take pills though.

I strained my left foot on the left hand side and now my left leg, calves and thighs seem to ache and I can't sit without feelin uncomfortable. I think I stretched a muscle on my foot while on the treadmill.

Who should I seek help from a physiotherapist, podiatrist?

I recently strained my left ankle (pulled a muscle) and now I feel aches and pain in my leg and thigh. I can only feel it in my left leg and sometimes numbness and burning sensations. It's hard to explain as I never felt like this before and you can't feel pain when you touch it, only the feeling.

The worse is when I'm sitting down in front of a computer...as my leg feels uncomfortable.

Should I seek a podiatrist for help or will it heal by itself but by months? I went to see a doctor but he didn't have a clue of what to do, just gave me tablets but didn't help.

Any suggestions...

I am trying to connect 2 usb extensions to one of my usb cables. My device works when I add one 5m usb cable extension but doesn't when the 3rd extension is added.

Does this mean you can only extend the cable once?

I have had it for almost 2 weeks..swallowing saliva is really painful and I am having trouble eating. I have never had it when I was a kid so I never knew how painful it was.

I've decided to stop eating foods with sugar as I know its one of the causes of not being able to retrieve a better body, since I have been working out for over 11 months now.

I haven't been eating any foods with sugar for 2 weeks and it's getting harder now. I seem to get headaches and tiredness all the time. Is there anything I can do to feel better.
