while my wife had her green card she sponsored her over 21 yrs old son since she became a US Citizen what form does she need to file to expedite the immigration process for her son,its my understanding he will receive some other form of priority since she is now a citizen thanks

ok here it goes, please don't laugh reading but so true ,i married in china 3 yrs, in june 08 she obtained her green card she traveled alone stayed 30 days in which time she applied for her ssn and temporary driving permit, returned back to china , last week she said i'm going for a road trip to visit relative alone , bought a ticket returned back to usa her whereabouts is unknown to me rumor has it she met some other man,and living in the CA Pasadena area , i am left here in china, i can see she played very well for 3 yrs ,what are my options if any?? to revoke this green card ,affidavit of support, and so on , where do i begin i certainly was played a fool, would appreciate advice from very knowledgeable persons , x consular employee, attorneys ect thanks so much

i recently came accross a new nokia N91 in box and all accessories i can see the box came from hong kong it works fine and it's music player is great, checking it against the nokia website it has the old firmware in it, if i make any attempts to upgrade it to lets say 2-10-13 or 2-0-14-0 what can be the rammification if its a copy and not original???? thanks much

i am in china and bought among other cells a nokia N91 4 Gb it has the old firmware i went to nokia customer care (china ) to have the firmware updated to the present 2-10-013 or latest one , i do speak but limited Chinese i understood that by updating the firmware i may end up with unknown problems like not beign able to power on or others malfunctions is this a possibility?? if yes then why would Nokia would have these upgrades ?? i would appreciate some nokia tech savvy person and opinions
