Just rack it up as a bad marriage and look for another women, that does not push you to get her a visa, telling her no, that it is your intention to stay in China. If that is all she wants from you she will leave.

Contact the media and make sure she is in the newspapers and TV.Also make an application for a revocation of the marriage , I would do this even if it does not work. This scam will not be sorted out unless you try. The media will love this story

Contact your local American Embassy & ask them for advice on what you need to do next - Green Cards can certainly be revoked but in this case they''d also need to track her down to deport her.
