ive heard about something called a "nanosuit". is this what it is?

some folks in the neighborhood have started a "kennel" and are breeding puppies.. it seems like there are dozens of animals in a small shed.. i am not about telling on people, but these poor animals cant help themselves.. what should i do??

i am planning a car trip down the baja and will be doing some fishing.. the last time i went to cabo i was required to purchase a license.. this was handled by the "captain" of the panga.. i wont be fishing on a boat this year, and i need to know how to secure a license that will be good for the 2 weeks in down there.. how do i go about this??

i am planning on taking a car trip down the baja in december, and would like to take my companion parrot.. he is banded, proving he was hatched in the US, and speaks fluent english(the stories i could tell), none the less, i am concerned about crossing the border in both directions.. i am looking for hard facts as opposed to anecdotal evidence on this subject..

when i got home last night and opened my email window there were posting that werent there when i left(i didnt close the mail window before i left and let the computer go to sleep).. this morning when i got back on to the computer it told me i was signed in to yahoo from another computer.. i have since been able to access my email, but the chat and the IM come on intermitantly, and then go off.. then there is a small windoew that opens telling me im logged in on another computer?? can someone please HELP!!

i am on a ground based wireless LAN broadband. i have been having problems with downloads and uploads going slowly.. sometimes when i try to send an email, the thing will sit and think for sometime before it sends..

the residents of the apartment complex that my daughter lives in are subject to regular inspections by the management..

they say that they are coming in to check the sinks, a/c vents, and sundry other things.. her rental agreement clearly states that she is responsible for all of these items, and does not stipulate that they are allowed in for any other reason then repairs and emergencies..

is this legal?? what should she do?

he is 10 years old, and is a very prolific talker(i sometimes hear him repeat whole conversations he has heard in both the persons voices).. he has picked up some foul language from a friend that wouldnt quit cursing in front of him.. i thought he might stop it after a while but its been a year since i booted the friend out, and he continues to yell profanities at the most inopertune times..
