If a person born in the US has lived 30 years in a foreign country, never filing income tax returns because left US young and before ever making enough $ to owe anything, Then say the person ended up doing really well financially in the last 5 or so of those 30 years, as an entrpreneur, and naturalized citizen in the foreign country, do they really owe the US capital gains/income tax on the money? By what justification? Even if they never have or will receive social security, medicare, unemployment, or any such benefits?

I just heard about this being the law, and find it hard to believe it would apply to somebody with the set of circumstances described here. Thank you

I keep seeing it said that his terrible Belmont performance is a big mystery. Is it a given that his dangling shoe was the cause of his Belmont trip, or not? I was at that race, at the rail at the finish line, and could see from where I stood all the way as they came around the track that he was running strangely-his two rear legs hitting the ground in an off-stride, 2 beat manner.. Halfway thru the race KD pulled him up hard, and he veered almost to the far side of the track, but still struggled to run and galloped past me dead last. As soon as the photos of the shoe came out, it made perfect sense given what I had seen, but didn´t know why it had happened. Thoughts? Thanks..

Hi! He is nursing by baby bottle, and eats a lttle fruit also. I read that I should get him Purina New World Monkey Chow as a staple, and of course will feed him fresh as much as possible.

They just anounced the plans for the biggest project of its type in the world, from Puerto Vallarta running aout 100 miles north up the coast. The gov´t agency that built Cancun with a huge amount of private investment capital..big resorts, marinas, golf courses, eco retreats, all along, plus 2 big new highways and one or 2 new international airports. Does anyone have information on this? Beyond this really basic stuff, which is all I can find out? what do you think of it? Does anybody know the area?

The land is similar to an equilateral triangle in shape but has the 3 points rounded off.. Its 3 acres of prime land, ocean view towards front, an equally stunning valley view to the rear. It climbs gently higher from front to back, with regularly placed flat areas perfect to place a house on, There are 8 or more of these in total from lowest to the top area which has a flat area wide enough for building on the top. The back borderline is 150 meter long, right behind the property has a steep slope of grass, that goes down toward a huge valley with alittle river running thru The second you look out you feel as if you can see for 110 miles, peeking out of that beautiful little forest you´re in! I need some great advice on how to work with the property, and create private spaces for several homes to be built and hardly visible to each other, make good use of the land, use good design priciples, or anything that may help. I wish to use every eco friendly method that I can. thanks!!!

What would be the well known horses to look for in her pedigree background if you hoped to get a smart, athletic, beautiful, affectionate, and willing horse? Not necessarily a money winner on the track, with that in itself as the whole goal behind the breeding program? I have heard that the stallion Bold Ruler is well loved by TB lovers who use them for more than racehorses, any comments, other names and why? Thank-you.
