Anyone know of a program that will decompress a .rar file. I thought my WinZip would but it won't.

I no longer have. One, my ex-wife has and another I believe was taken from my house when there was a party of young people here. I have neither number. Now with the ex-wife thing, now I live in Colorado but will be moving back to Tulsa where she lives. If she did something stupid with it wouldn't the police come looking for me unless I get it OUT of MY NAME? If so, how do I? And then the gun that's missing. Any ideas what I should do?

time out (60 mins.) games like, Real Arcade, Shockwave. They have to leave something behind that lets them know it's been played before on a PC. I'm guessing there is something in the registry.

Meaning, find the data and remove it and then download and play it again. I don't mean to over ride the 60 minute limit.

I have a perfectly working iomega ditto 2GB backup EXTERNAL drive. I have the original CD/Disk that came with it. I have XP SP2 w/plenty hardware muscle . So far there is no way the system can locate it.

NOW GET THIS. iomega doesn't support it anymore because they said it's like the difference between a old rotary phone & a cell phone. HUH? WTF does that have to do with it? It's also still under warranty for the next 10 years according to my S/N & their site.

With the old software loaded it trys to set up the tape drive & it seeks the driver but says I don't have it. I tired manually to find it.

I tired setting the .exe files to 95 then 98 compatibility & that didn't work. It's fine as far as a tape drive is concerned and I have about 20 tapes so I thought I'd use it.

I've search & searched the net w/o luck but maybe I'm missing something. It seems silly to just toss it in pile where the 486/100 pc's are.

AND, One of the main things he said he was going to double the money to rebuild and I am sure the Irag people won't repay BUT yet we let our own American live in shacks in the south from the storm there last year and "IF" they get help, they will have to repay.

I've read some of the answers here BUT, I have little tiny bugs, brown in color, that are in the dirt in my potted plants. My plants stay in the house. They seem to be getting worse. I'm not sure they are doing harm but something tells me they shouldn't be there either. The fact they seem to be getting to the other plants isn't sitting well with me. The last thing I want to do is kill the plants.

Anyone know what program will let you leave color, say hair but the rest is black & white? Happy New Year to everyone.

I have some rope lights. Two attached together. All of a sudden lights in the middle won't come on and they are not just the middle per say. Weird thing is I have two seperate strings and they both are doing the same thing.

NOW, before you say this, I've checked them everyway I know how, using two different electric connectors even. I've checked and the connectors are showing through process with a electric checker (one end of the connect to the other end of the plug show connection flow.

Is there anyway to fix them? Some work some don't in the string. Thanks.

I know they make a film for sealing windows for the winter that will keep out, or help, the cold winter weather. Anyone know of it and where to get it? Long ago I was introduced to it and they used a hair dryer to help seal it tight. Thanks.

I was told they would clog them up and they were not good for them.

My email used to preview the pics before I went to the DL page now it only shows the name and a View option which is really to DL it. Anybody know how to fix it back. FAQ was no help.

find out what type of sound card I have in a old Packard Bell that has Windows 3.1. The CD ROM won't work so I need to be able to load some sort of software on a floppy. I done everything to find out what it is, FCC ID, P.Bells site (worthless). I'm trying to fix it for a lady that can't afford to pay anything. I need the jumper info for the card. Thanks in advance.

How do you change what IE has selected to use such as mail programs under the TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS, Program tab. So far using help has done nothing.

Out of no where my Taskmgr.exe in Windows\System32 stopped working. It started loading a DOS box and disappear. I've done the normal things, replace it with another file that I knew worked but you can "actually sit and watch it change from 126k to 1k. I've run virus scans, no luck. I had had a program (pop-up) that wanted my personal info but the only way to get rid of it was with TM, I thought maybe it had done this so I couldn't shut it down and I couldn't and it was right. I had to put a clean copy of TM other than there. Now that the Info program (bug) is gone, The cntrl-alt-del taskmgr still doesn't work. Any suggestion out there? Appreciate the help as usual.

I have a Dell PC and it crashed. I have the CD dell sent with it but I can't find the jacket with the CD Key code. Does anyone know how to get it? I found one software but they want $118.00 for it. I can buy a upgrade cheaper than that. Thanks for your help

No spyware or Anti Virsus finds it. It can't be moved from the screen. Used to be Cntrl-Alt-Del was the only way to get rid of it. It's called AOLJPGPICTURE.EXE in the Task Manger. Now the task manganer seems to have been disabled. I've tried re-copying taskmanger to the PC from another PC I have and right infront of your eyes it changes from 126 bytes to 1 byte. HELP!!!
