I know that it is the power supply and not the router because there is a red LED on it that does not come on until the problem is resolved, and the LED functions independently of the router.

The power supply will begin function again after waiting enough time, but I'd like to find a way to speed up the process.

Now, here's the riddle. After getting their money back, each of the men has spent $9, totaling $27 spent for the room. The bellhop put $2 in his pocket to bring the total to $29. What happened to the last dollar?
