WHATSUP???

My wife had always been preoccupied with her unrelenting hatred for my mother. My mom is not a terrible person. A little odd but she's never done anything terrible to my wife. My wife is just hyper critical of her. She is always bringing my mother up in negative ways for no reason at all. My solution had been to keep them separate. They only deal with each other about 4 times a year. Yet my wife is always making smart remarks about my mom for no reason at all (looking at my mom's Facebook page and finding meaningless things to complain about that have nothing to do with her, or bringing up something from four years ago that had nothing to do with anything). It really hurts me that my wife is do focused on a woman that she never sees or talks too. It seems every few weeks she's saying negative things about her for no reason at all. I usually say nothing because my wife loves to fight. How should I address this, knowing my wife will never change because she's also like this with other people?

My mother has many mental health issues. Most of the time she ends up saying the wrong things or offendIng people by accident.

It was my child's first Christmas and it was one that we were only inviting the grandparents to. We planned a Christmas breakfast cooked by my wife and I. 10am, not too early. My mother said she and my father wouldn't be attending the breakfast even though live close by. 10am is not that early for a special occasion.

Anyways, my parents showed up around noon. There were no gifts! My wife and I have always gotten something from them. My in-laws got gifts! All we got was a generic card from "Santa" with $50 for Mr wife and I to share.

We are not greedy people. It was just the fact that we weren't even important enough to get a nice card from them. Santa? And I got my parents many nice gifts like always but none in return? It's insulting.

How should I bring it up? She's very fragile mentally and is always the victim whenever others get offended.

My mother is a sweet lady but introverted and awkward due to an abusive father and having some mental issues. Overall she is a harmless but somewhat detached yet well meaning women. She has never connected with my wife and does not know her well. My wife is very stubborn and judgmental. She feels my mom has never made an effort to get to know her (and my wife is guilty of the same thing). The bottom line is they are both guilty. Now we are having a child and my mother is very excited. My wife in private expressed that she feels my mother is "Unbalanced" (not true, just odd but loving) and that she feels my mom is "dangerous" and will never be allowed to watch or daughter. This statement is very untrue and upsetting. My mom would never hurt a fly and is so sweet. I'm very hurt by this and don't know what to do.

Im 39. My wife and I have sex 2-3 times a week on average. All of a sudden I don't even think about sex. I have failed to preform a few times recently. I don't wake up with an erection and I used to every day. This has been going on for over a week. I am not under stress, no changes in medication. Though I tried taking Focus Factor for 10 days and noticed the decreased libido so I stopped 3 days ago. Not sure what's going on but I am getting depressed. What can I do?

My wife says "like" all the time, to the point of frustration. I am not exaggerating when at times she uses it every other word. "So, like, she said, like, I just, like, don't know". This is how she talks. And when she talks for a half hour straight it really stands out. It has started to wear on me to the point I hear "like" over what she is really talking about.

I do not know how to handle this or if I should even try. And if you think I am being picky she once scolded me for using the words "saw" and "seen" incorrectly and told me I did not sound "intelligent" when I did it. This caused me a little anxiety at times and made me rethink the way I used those words..

I grew up in a very dysfunctional household and have become a messed up individual myself. My dad drank heavily and my mother was an abused child with ADD. My mom has since buried herself in what she feels comfortable with. Craft. She is very talented and it takes her mind off how hard her life was (in my opinion). She has been consumed by this passion, having little to say to anyone that is not craft related. I work 13 hours a day and will take 10 minutes out of my day to call her. The conversation is 1 minute about me and 9 minutes about crafts. Nothing else is ever discussed.

I bring this up because I just got married and my wife has no connection with my mom at all. My mother never asks my wife questions about how she is or her job or life in general. All my mom talks about is crafts and she appears selfish and self-centered. I know that is not the case. My mom is hiding behind what she loves because she is very depressed. She will never see a therapist either as I have already asked.

My question is what can I do? I desperately want my mom to open up and be a good mother in law and a grandma when the time comes. It is just that she is so depressed and buried in herself that I am not sure if I can get through to her without depressing her even more. Any suggestions?

Who is the opening act at Pine Knob for the 2010 tour? I cant find it anywhere. Im going on Saturday.

My fiance and I had a rocky start and fought a lot. After freaking out and accusing me of cheating for no reason I suggested she go the therapy to resolve her anger issues in an attempt to help her work on her problem solving skills. She did just that and the changes were amazing. We hardly have a serious argument, which was not the case starting out. Since then we have gotten engaged and our wedding is soon.

Lately she has been acting like her old self. Like the person that I broke up with a couple times. Hair trigger temper and when she freaks out on me she does not say she is sorry or seem like she regrets her words or actions. I try to talk to her and tell her that what she is doing hurts me and she still wont own up to it. She has alway had a problem with saying "I should not have acted like that or said that and I am sorry".

My question is should I be worried? We are getting married soon and this is really making me upset. She has turned into her old self and not the person I proposed to. She admits she is on edge lately and that she feels off, yet she does little to make me feel like she isnt taking things out on me.

Should I view this as "it will pass, she is stressed and she has been a better person for the past year". Or should I be concerned that her behaviors as of late are a sign of things to come after the wedding?

She moved in with me a year and a half ago and the wedding is in May. I am a pretty easy guy to live with. I never say much about small things because lets face it, I am not perfect either. One thing she does drives me up the wall however, and I am at a loss.

She is a pig in the bathroom. Specifically with water on the sink. Water on the sink is to be expected. But the water that collect when she washes her hands and face covers the WHOLE COUNTER! I am talking a pool of water 12 inches across and running down the side of the cabinet. I have nicely mentioned this to her 7-8 times. Usually she is more aware of this issue for a couple weeks and then it happens again. I wipe the sink dry and after she uses the sink a lake of water all over the place. The last time I said something she said "What do you care, its just water". Water that if I dont mop up grows bacteria if it collects under things on the counter.

How do I get her to stop this? I always make an effort when she has an issue with me. It drives me nuts that she is not doing the same here.

Im looking for some new bands. My FAVE is Sevendust BTW. I like a lot of melody in my vocals. I hate constant screaming. Some is OK but I like my singers to actually sing. What are some bands I should check out???

I have to fill a flex position and have several options (Tomlinson and Mason are the best). I have a feeling about Harrison this week. He did well last week and is the focal point of the horrible Browns offense. I get a half PPR and he does catch some balls. He will see the ball a TON.

I am a 36 year old male who needs to lose about 70 pounds. On average I used to urinate every 4-6 hours or so. Over the last 6 months I have begun to urinate every 1-2 hours and a lot comes out each time. The urine is yellow in color. Recently my doctor told me I had a lot of protein in my urine. I feel fine otherwise.

What is wrong with me and how do I correct it before it gets out of hand?

I worked at The Palace during the Pistons championship run in 1990 as a parking attendant. Chuck would make a special trip down to our office on game days just to say hello to the common folk. The man was a class act and I am a little saddened today.

I am away from home from 7:30am to 9:30 pm. I come home and have to be in bed by 11pm to get a decent nights sleep. I find it extremely difficult to relax and fall asleep. I feel like I am going a million miles an hour and I am forced to slam on the brakes and pass out. I have Ambien but do not want to rely on drugs to sleep. I sleep great when I have time to work out, but now working out is next to impossible. Melatonin works sometimes but seems inconsistent.

Any other tips for me?

My fave band is Sevendust and I also love Alter Brige and Shinedown. Im just looking for stuff that I can put in my iPod. I am not that up on newer bands and older ones that I may enjoy.

Recently I have noticed several strange flashing and color changing stars in the sky. I was told that Serius is a star that could be what I have been seeing. I guess it appears low in the sky and changes color. But I was outside last night and I seen three of them. One to the north, south and west. All three were fairly low in the sky and very bright. They were all pulsing and showing a rainbow of colors.

Whats up with that???

Ive got a bottle of Saunders fudge. Last night we used half of it on ice cream but we forgot to throw it in the fridge. It says "refrigerate after opening" on the bottle but its just chocolate sauce and its been less than 24 hours since it was opened.

Eat it or chuck it?

A couple times a week I get sharp cramps and nasty poo. I had a ton of tests done to figure out what was going on with my digestive issues (even a colonoscopy). They all came back "fine", as if nothing was wrong. I know this is not the case as I suffer from something.

What could it be? IBS? I know for a fact I have a poor diet. I need to eat more veg and fiber. Any suggestions on what I might have and how to treat it?

My GF moved in with me a week and a half ago. Its a huge adjustment to be sleeping with someone every night after having the bed to yourself for ever (neither of us have lived with anyone before). She moves around a lot which wakes me up. I am trying to sleep better without drugs. I do have Ambien CR but I dont want to become accustomed to taking it. I also have Melatonin but sometimes that doesnt work very well.

I want to sleep better and not wake up when she moves. And I would like to do it naturally if possible. Vitamins and suppliments are ok though. Just dont want to take a perscription every night.

Any tips?
