What does it mean when a man says to you that he's tired and just waiting to die? I have a friend staying with me and he talks constantly about being in pain all the time, and just waiting to die.

The man I am living with is supposed to be on oxygen 27/7, (but of course he won't do it!) So when I can get him to either sit or lay down I make him wear it. He has severe breathing problems, and is being treated by a Dr.

My question is this: is it safe to move the oxygen on the concentrator up to 3.2 ml vs 2.5?

I think it is, but I don't want to make things worse, but after breathing treatments now up 3 times a day, and him now wearing his oxygen not all the time as he should, I feel he needs more Oxygen.

I have two problems, worries, that never go away... I have Radial Palsy in my right wrist, making me unable to lift it from the dropped position. I have some kind of what one dr called some kind of Dystrophy (maybe). I have numbness and limited movement. Both sudden onset! same event.

Also, I have two children that my ex husband and his friends, not to mention relatives, People I used to sit to Thanksgivng with my, then dear to me - innocent - my husband, my children, our family.

Now there are many twists that I don't know, relationships, I believe to be both business and personal motiving.

The reason that I ask this is because I noticed that I was listed as the Plaintiff in the case, essentially making me the person who filed the case for the removal of my very own children! Horrendous! In the divorce case, I WAS the plaintiff, but NOT the PLAINTIFF in the custody case.

Is it illegal to do this? Legalities aside, the ethics that this is based on seem to be something that would have this case seriously examined, if not as another reason to have it thrown out of court.
