I live in Central Florida. Every evening, there is a beautiful bird song coming from the nearby trees. I haven't yet seen the bird, but it has a double lilt song, low to high to low, low - high - low. Sometimes it has a little chirp at the beginning. I only hear it at or just after dusk. I'll take any ideas of what this bird might be and dig for bird song to match...just want to know, so I know what kind of bird I'm looking for.

I'm looking for an aboriginal name for a native Australian bird. I was thinking of 'handsome' or even just 'bird'. I was also wondering if there is an Aboriginal God or protector of birds, as that would also make a strong name.

The lady who sold him to me also sold me some dry pellets and dry nectar. The back of the package says the dry nectar should be added to water or sprinkled over fresh fruit, but the lady said to add it dry to the pellets. I guess I'm just looking for common ground and wondered what everyone else does. I am also interested to find out what fresh fruits and veggies you personally feed your Lori.

I was given a very nice seascape that I believe is done in acrylics. It is signed N. Ceylon at the bottom but I can not find anything on this artist anywhere. I would like to know more about the artist, especially as I have just found a second seascape done by this artist but would really like to know what it might be worth before purchasing it. Any information is helpful.

I use a clumping cat litter and sift it every couple of days. But there is so much ick in it, I want to scrub it out. I've tried water and different cleaners, but they all seem to make a slimy mess. Any suggestions?
