I live in AZ and I am almost six months pregnant. The father wants nothing to do with helping out with the baby! Does anyone know how soon I can file for child support?

I'm four months pregnant and have recently left my abusive boyfriend. I'm scared and lonely, and looking for emotional support. I'm staying with my parents right now.. but it's only temporary as they have two young children themselves. I relied on him for rent and bills. I have a job but it doesn't pay very well. I have $100 and live in phoenix, arizona. My boyfriend's birthday is in a month and I don't know what to do with him. We have a vehicle and I was wanting to do something nice and relaxing with in the state. (doesn't have to be in the city) I'm looking to spend a night or two outside of our stressful environment... i need suggestions

He doesn't have a liscence because he can't pass the eye test... long story there.... but he can see just fine..... so i put his car in my name for him and did a thirty day registration... realizing my horrible mistake i don't know how to get the car outta my name. Can i sign the title over to him after having it notarized after the thirty day permit is up? Would i be free of this horrible deal? Would it be his problem? If not how can i get it out of my name so nothing comes back onto me? Please Help!

My aunt fell at wal-mart the other day... in some spilled water that they hadn't cleaned up... she fell really hard... she has a hurt leg that has healed.. .but her leg is hurt again... walmart filled out an incident report and she has to go get MRI's and stuff at the hospital... she called goldberg and osbourne and they said that she did not have a case because she is not currently working and has health insurance issued by the government... this does not sound logical to me... does she have a case or not?
