Details - A family member of mine was married and had a joint bank account. He received Social Security Disability and regular Social Security. He was committed to a mental hospital, upon release from the hospital he was incarcerated at the country jail. During this time his wife had an order of protection taken on him. Also, during his time in the hospital and jail his wife would withdraw all his SSD and SS funds from the account without his permission and against his consent and wishes. I don't know if there are legal restrictions against using/withdrawing a recipients funds during incarceration, etc, against there wishes. Any info would be appreciated.

Gateway 836GM, Media Center Edition, Windows XP. Users manual says F11. F11 does not work. I have read ALT F10 - that does not work. Recently I was on vacation on the beaches around Tampa Bay, Florida. From St. Pete beach to Clearwater beach there were large black colored looking saltwater muscles littering the beach. Literally hundreds of them for every mile of coast. 8-10 inches long, elongated rough looking shells. Anyone know what species these are?

I hit the power button on my computer - Compaq Presario - and it goes through POST but stops there. All the lights light up, all the fans come on. No system beeps. The Compaq screen doesn't come up - nothing. It just sets here and hums but nothing on screen, nothing is loading up. Last night the screen went fuzzy and froze, I restarted it and it came on fine, about 1 minute after Windows XP came up it shut itself completely off like I had pulled the plug. Haven't been able to get anything to lead up since. It "sounds" like the hard drive is spinning but unable to tell for sure the fans are so loud. I think it's the hard drive but I'm not completely sure. If the hard drive was bad would the Compaq screen, where you can enter setup, still come up?

Sometimes when I try to start the computer up it will not start. It has power..everything powers up just fine. Fans are running, dvd player light lights up, all the little bells and whistles light up but it will not initiate POST and load the operating system. I may have to turn the com off and on 30-40 times before it will start up. A processor going bad or a ROM chip going bad maybe?

I recently set up a home network. 2 Computers - 1 running Windows Vista - 1 running Windows XP, from a Cable Modem to Lan party sized Hub with 24 ports. Cable Modem to Hub - 2 computers connected to Hub.

Is there any way to allocate Bandwidth to each computer? Set a maximum of 50% allowed Bandwidth to each computer?

I need ideas on how to leave my 1 stop light town. A quick get out of there idea. Joining the Military is always a good one, but I all ready know that one. I need new ones. Missionary work with a church is also a good one, but I know that one too. I don't have any friends or relatives to move in with anywhere and wouldn't if I did.

Conditions - A. If I had the money I wouldn't need to ask, you can't make enough money here to save, so anything expensive is out. B. If I had the gas money to fill up the car and just go I would have all ready(see condition A.) Can't , just move, somewhere for moving is expensive(see conditon A.)

Any other ideas would be a great help as I am making a list. No matter how outrageous the idea I will take it under serious concideration, as long as it's not just a flippiant remark. Please keep those to a minimum.

The Bush Administration is asking for 6 - 8 Billion more dollars to support the Afgan Military over the next 2 years.

Question is will these weapons and equipment end up in the hands of terrorists as it did when the C.I.A supplied the Afgan military against the U.S.S.R?

My neighbors make the most god awful noise day and night. I live in a town house with 2 apartments. They make more noise then a construction crew working on a house. They constantly play loud bass music and beat and bang enough that it sounds like they are practicing for the WCW. The land lord has warned them to stop but they just keep right own doing it. They are two young men in there twenties so they will not stop no matter who asks them. Calling the police would be useless. I am now just out for revenge. I need some ideads on how to get on there nerves as bad as they get on mine. Evil but simple ideas would be best.
