Ok, my friend and I did the work for the following problem and didn't arrive at the same answer, so I'm looking for some help with it.

"For each given function f, find the numerical value of f(pi over 3)"

And the function is "f(x)=tan x tan 2x" where x is the function. I assumed that it was equivalent to tan 2(pi over 3) squared while my friend figured out tan x and then tan 2x and multiplied the two, ending up with negative 3. I went the far more complicated route and I got 0. I squared the parenthesis and got tan 2 (pi squared over 9). I carried over the 2 from tan 2, bringing me the equation 2 pi squared over 9 times (180 over pi.) so that I can cancel out the pi squared on the other side. that brought 2 pi squared over 9 times 32400 over pi squared. I cancelled out the pi squared and then multiplied the remaining straight across, getting 64800 over 9 equaling 7200. That's 20 revolutions around a unit circle where x=1 and y=0. y over x= tan and therefore 0 over 1 or 0

I've got to write a Petrarchan sonnet in a fairly short period of time. Taking any and all ideas.

Would bringing a PS2, controllers, memory cards and 3 or so games onto a plane be against FAA regulations?

In a newspaper article for school, I wrote the following sentence ( as though it was a past tense):

Cortes is on of the renown conquistadors, whose task it is to explore this newfound land.

The teacher corrected it by removing is and replacing it with a comma, and then adding a 'ed' to the ending of renown. However, with her version of my senetence, there is no verb, other than renowned, which is part of a separate clause. So her sentence is as follows:

Cortes, one of the renowned conquistadors, whose task it is to explore this newfound land.

I've actually got some pretty conclusive evidence I'll show once I get other's opinions.

this is my third question regarding my hero's journey

at this point, a sleep walker has wandered onto a movie shoot in progress, there are two guys fighting over a girl while at the top of the hill and throughout the ride down. Halfway down, the operator had a stroke and could no longer control the trolley......thus I need to know its top attainable speed and how much it weighs......and I'm pretty sure that this one is a yes but.....would it be enough force to behead the person that was sleepwalking and then hit by the runaway trolley?

in the odyssey in chapter 22 Odysseus tells Telemachos to "cut down" the women who helped and cooperated with the suitors....

What does "cut down" mean?......I'm assuming dismember but I'm not sure
