When I buy a small chicken, it costs less than a larger chicken.

When I buy a yard of material it costs less that if I buy a yard and a half of material.

In fact any product, if you buy a smaller item you would reasonably expect to pay less than if you bought the same but larger.

So why do XXXL clothes cost the same as S?????

Suppose you have a Windows user set up without administrator capability.

As I understand it, that user can't add any software without an administrators password.

But suppose they manage to hit upon some kind of virus? Would that require an administrators password?

The question really is, does Windows recognize ALL new software, legitimate AND virus and demand a password, or do Viruses use some kind of back-door and install themselves regardless of account capability?

A while ago, I rather foolishly clicked on the link to "try" the New Yahoo Home page.

Sorry Yahoo, but IT STINKS.

I finally discovered that all I had to do to get back to the much loved OLD Yahoo home page was to delete all my browser's cookies. Inconvenient (since I lost a load of cookies that I actually DID want), but well worth the effort!

I have just gone into Yahoo home page and to my dismay discover that I am once again on the new format page.

Since I am fairly certain that I didn't select it again, I assume that now I have no alternative.

Can anyone either tell me how I can get back the old format home page, or suggest an alternative web page that has a good coverage of news and current affairs?

Do you think that, if lands have been forcefully stolen from their indigenous population, then the United Nations should DEMAND that those lands should be returned to the people from whom they were stolen, AND that they should further demand that FULL compensation should be made for any and all damage done that has been done to those lands?

If so, the how soon should Turtle Island be returned to "The people", and how much compensation is due to them?

Whether the answer is yes or no, do you think that this is a good thing?

Is it a good thing to drum allegiance to anything, (much less a flag or a nation) parrot fashion, into kids of that age?

you had to sit through a 60 second advert telling you not to steal cars, then a 15 second advert for the car manufacturer, before it would start?

You'd hate it, right?

So why is it that every time you slip a legally purchased DVD in the player, you have to put up with exactly that? A 60 second advert telling you not to steal films and a 15 second advert for the film company.
