D) a yellow gel cap like the nyQuill brand sits on top of a blue cloth surface .

Please help me with this one no one else seems to know the answer.

Does anybody have any idea how to get 2 weapon attachments on the same weapon. I am using type 95 assault rifle but it only lets me use one attachment at the time, even when all the attachments are unlocked. I see alot of guys using 2 attachments at the same time, If anyone knows the cheat, please let me know.

I am 42yo 5'7" and 158lbs and exercise on a regular basis.

I do not know what my blood pressure and heart rate should be for my age and physical status.

I recently went to walmart and Walgreen's ad used their blood pressure machines with the following results:

Heart rate: 68bpm

Systolic: 117mmg

Diastolic: 76mmg

I know this is withing normal parameters but what would my recommended pressure and heart rate at rest should be?

I cannot figure out what keys to press on PC tp make Sam drop onto a ledge, every time I get close to the edge and try to drop down pressing "SHift" it Just fall down to his dead, this is the original version of PC but I doesn't have any instructions on how to do that, and there are no tutorials. I anybody ever payed this game please help.

Ive downloaded the demo for ARMA 2 and Im having a lot of problems going thru the training. It keeps on saying to select from the action menu but I dont see any action menu or do'tk know how to activate it.

Also WHen I try to heal a soldier it says to stand next to him and press heal. But nothing happens, and I do not know what press means, do they mean enter the word press or hit a key, but what key?? also how do you put your weapon away so its not in the way to do things.

Need your help, this game sucks bigtime, its not user friendly at all, if trainning is so hard what can I expect from the real game.

I completed the 1hr plyometrics work out but nobody seems to have an answer on around how many calories are burned if you complete it properly. I know for a fact that I burn 120 calories per mile while running if i run 6 mph that means 720 calories burned in one hour. Now, this is running at a slow pace.. 800 calories when running @ 7.5 mph keeping my heart rate around 135-150 bpm...(according to my treadmill reader) I don't have a heart monitor to measure my heart rate off a treadmill but I assume that by feeling the exhaustion of my body, its similar to running @ 6 mph rate. Has some one actually measured how many calories were burned on the whole hour that plyometrics lasts ? I just want to know an average to give an idea... by the way I am 5' 7" 160lbs.

I have the scavenger perk but do not know how to use it... I mean when i get to a dead guy i do not know what button you are supposed to press to resupply... ive tried them all. All I can do is switch weapons with the dead guys... by pressing square Ive tryed friendlies and foes... does any body knows the trick to it???

I have an HP Pavilion a200n with an ASUS motherboard, it came with an IDE 40GB HD, I bought an 120 GB Sata HD and want to know what is the maximin HD size supported, but I cannot find an answer anywhere.

I am having a hard time finding a 32 inch fluorescent tube. It is 25 watts on the balast and there is 32 inches from socket to socket but the fixture does not have a bulb so I do not know what to put in there. Do you measure from the tips of the conectors or from base to base???help please.
