Has anyone ever seen a point of light in the eve. sky, go from one star, stop, & go to the next star, in sec?
I was 13 yrs. old (1963) and playing outside one summer evening (8:30) and a playmate pointed out a moving light in the sky. I and about 6 other kids looked and saw a point of light moving in the night sky. It would stop at a star for a few seconds and move on to the next star and stop. The time of observed travel from one star to another took about 10-15 seconds (+ -). This point of light kept a zig-zag course in the night sky, stopping at a star and then moving on to another star until it finally disappeared over the horizon. NOTE: Stars can be millions of light years away from each other. I now know that traveling from one star to another in a matter of seconds would require unheard of speeds. I cannot to this day even begin to explain such a feat but what we all saw that night is hard to understand. I recently asked my brother, who was there with us that evening, if he remembers the event. He explained it exactly as I have written about it here. Has anyone else ever experienced such an event?

1 AnswerCelebrities1 decade agoIs a landlord of a private home required to provide a refrigerator?
I live in Yonkers, NY. The only tenants are the owner on the 1st floor and myself, on the 2nd. floor. I would like to know if the landlord/owner is required by law to provide a refrigerator to a renting tenant and if they are obligated by law to repair the unit in the event of a normal breakdown such as, water leaking from the fridge, et. al. Thank you in advance.

Am looking for a Danish butter of excellent quality that was sold in the 50's and 60's. The tin can was cylindrical and yellow. It had an image of a dairy cow on the front. Can anyone shed light on this product and if it is still being produced? Thank you in advance.
