isnt england, wales, n. ireland, and scottland technically states or counties? how can a country have 4 countries in it? saying england is a country gives me the impression its government is the highest level of authority within its borders, but if the uk government can make laws that override english law, then england would seem like a state or county. because in the u.s. states make laws that have no effect on any other states, but the u.s. government makes laws that affect the country as a whole, and its laws override any state laws. answers from uk citizens preffered.

if we've decided as a nation that we all have the right to health care then why isn't it a government run system, schools are run by the government because we believe we have the right to education as are police and the military,. the high cost of healthcare stems from doctors, pharmacists, pharmaceutical companies, and hospitals making profits, we shouldn't need insurance, healthcare should be affordable, we should be able to pay out-of-pocket for all of our health care needs. doctors and pharmacists make hundreds of thousands of dollars each year and hospitals and pharmaceutical companies make millions and even billions each year while engulfing their patients in medical debt, why is this okay?

Every decision hes made so far is obviously bettering our country, yet the news reports act like a border wall to our cartel run neighbor to the south, new job creating and fuel cost reducing oil pipelines, keeping jobs american, and trade taxes at a time when our national debt is rediculously high due to not spending on a budget for the past eight years, are bad things. Im currently diagnosing a problem with my ram, it is only showing 3 cards and there are 4 installed, so i first truned off the pc and made sure they were all plugged in, then i turned it back on, no change, so i turned it off and took one out to see if made a change, and when i turned it back on it blinked once, fans and lights came on for a second, then it died, so i put the ram card back in and pressed the power button and it felt depressed, like it was already turned on, so i pulled the power chord and put it back in, it blinked once, lights and fans came on for a second, then it died exactly like before and the power button doesnt work, it feels like it should when its already on. Its an hp pavilion a1310y windows xp.

i cant remove programs in my control panel because a message box keeps popping up telling me that files are installing and i have to wait for them to install before removing programs. but im not installing any programs and i cant find out what programs are being installed. is there a page to tell me what is being installed?
