One of my friend from Singapore, intends to seek admission to his daughter for Medical school / college in India, for study of medicine. She will be finishing 10+2 this year end. Which site can help us to obtain quick, brief info on questions such as

1) How to get admissions for medical admission in India (rules, procedure, prerequisites.

2) What is aprox US$ amount for the whole course? (very rough number is good enough)

3) How many years of education needed?

4) What kind of professional recognition for Indian medical education out of India for job / practice?

5) Does he require to obtain PIO card (as his forefathers left India generations ago)

Any good website name or combination of website names shall be very helpful. Google search throws huge numbers without true pointers.

Reading some good answers in Yahoo answers I joied webring.

I understood that this is related to "i scratch my back; you scratch my back". Which means I read someone else's article and he reads my article esp in the topic (ring) joined by me?

But how earth this work?

What extactly is the ACTION ITEM ON THE OTHER RING MEMBER?

How does this ensure that some other people read your article / blog?

How does webring ensure that this actually happens?

I understand everything is voluntary, how can anyone read your article / site?

How can people come to your site through webring?

If this doesn't happen I guess WEBRING is a big failure.

For non-resident alien, non-us citizen who has no other US business connection and only getting revenue from google adsense. Is he taxable in USA, if the his country (india) has a bilateral agreement with US?

2) Is it mendatory for him to file returns in USA?

My cousin is "non-resident" and "non-citizen" of usa. But he gets some revenue from US. (small at this time though)

As a honest taxpayer he intends have more knowledge on income tax in US

Credit card usage and maintenace is expensive affair for consumer and as well as banks. Moreover banks have wrongfully used this products to their advantage.

The only reason is they can convert huge balck money amassed , by disguising this as agricultural income which is non-taxable in India. They buy barren land or farm houses to convert all this black money.

Why can't we tax this super rich people?

Mind you I am not talking about small and medium farmers. But why can't you tax person with more than Rs. 50 Lakhs (US$100000+) per annum?

Let small and medium farmers stop commiting suicide as they will have good money in their hand in case more money comes to govt. of India

I would like to raise this awareness, you all honest tax payers.
