I have several pets and they each have up to 20 nicknames, yet they know each nickname is specifically for them. How do they know?

Do your pets have many nicknames?

Modern as in 1940's to present. I was thinking more of a pop music nature.

It turns itself on and off at random and the volume goes quiet and full blast. Even in the middle of the night when everyone's asleep. It's now sitting unplugged in the living room.

I've developed a tiny bit of understanding about the use of HTML. So far, I've been able to add links to songs that are kept in yahoo briefcase.

But each song has its own play bar. I'd like to be able to add a single playbar with a playlist that you can navigate through.

Also, is there any way to play a song and not have it reload each time you switch windows in the same blog?

I use Blogger.

They haven't come out with anything since '05 and I would like to get something similar as a gift for someone.

Or something else that you listen to if you also like them. I think my little brother could broaden his musical horizons, a little.

(Please don't answer just to say they're a bad group, or you don't like them. I already respect your opinions.)

Mostly I'm asking about Furnaces, but I'm interested in info from anyone that heats a home and uses a thermostat.

In Connecticut.

I put carrots in the freezer and give him those like popsicles. They last him a while and cool him down.

Also, he likes ice cubes, sometimes.

I found this list in Wikipedia and it's funny, but sad. I wouldn't consider myself trashy, but the term seems to cover a pretty broad spectrum. lol

It reminds me of going to the lake with my brothers and sisters, when I was a kid.

I found an online organization that makes burial shrouds for stillborns and my heart just about broke in half.

Has a charity touched you in some way?

Feathered bangs and an outward flip to the sides and back?

My neighbors smoke right outside my window.

It comes into my apartment through the a/c units. It's not practical to remove them. I'm a former smoker so cigarette smoke makes me jones and honestly smells bad, to me.

I should be able to NOT SMOKE first or second-hand in my own home, right?

I don't want to be that old person shaking her fist and yelling 'Get off my lawn'.

I remember all of it. The rotary saw thing, the nurse yelling at me to keep still. Even the surgeon telling me I was talking too much. I was telling them it was hurting. Now, I have bad dreams and think about it all the time. It's been a month and 2 days since the surgery. Should I do anything?
