I bought a chromecast.I'm too cheap to subscribe to cable(dont want 2 yr contract)If I buy a Chromebook from Walmart,is that all I need to operate chromecast or do I need router and assorted wiFi gadgets as well? To all you techno geeks out there,thank you for your answers.

My four yr old Min Pin has small,scaly bumps on her skin.She is on "Frontline plus" and has no visible fleas.She get Flea baths twice a month(mostly for odor)After the bumps go away they leave a small bald spot which soon gets new fur.Is there a topical OTC Medication I can buy for this condition? Not a question here,a warning about recluse spiders.Our friend "Saint" was bitten on his rear paw which started swelling after four days and became necrotic as well.He was taken to Vet,and was given antibiotics,anti-inflamitories and pain meds."Saint" died two days later while in convulsions.He was drinking enormous amounts of water,refused to eat and slept a lot.His foot was triple normal size and his leg was swollen as well.Check for spiders around your home,fleas are not a dogs only enemy."Saint" was buried this morning with his toys,leash and collar.He will be sadly missed.
