I have a 1994 chevrolet suburban(silverado body package) k1500 (4wd). Currently i have 2 inch lift blocks under the rear. I want to remove the blocks and still have the same 2 inch lift in the rear (or maybe a bit more ;-) ) can i swap in springs from a 2500 suburban or pickup from the same year and still achieve the same lift? Also, are the dimensions the same as far as being able to use my stock spring hangers, shackles, and perches?

Next to our campsite is an 03 foretavel u320 class a motorhome. I was looking at it and wondering what all the pipes on the side are? Theres obviously the main exhaust pupe for the engine, then theres two more small ones. One in the middle, and one up front. It leads into a round disc and then up into the front compartment of the vehicle. What are they for?

Ok, so i have six 55w off road lights on my truck. 12VDC power supply. What amp fuse should i use if i wire them in series? Can someone walk me through the calculations please so i know how to do i in the future?

I have a crafstman YS 4500 lawn mower model no. 917.276181. and it has developed an annoying oil leak. i hosed off the engine with degreaser and cleaned it all up. let it sit for a day, and it seems the oil is coming from the underside of the engine. now the only way oil is leaking from there is if there is a crack or the pto oil seal is bad. my question is: how hard is this to replace?

I have a new poulan pro weed trimmer with a 2 cycle engine. When i run the engine full throttle, its fine. But when i let off the gas, the engine stalls. But if i slowly let off the gas and touch the gas a few times before it stalls, it idles fine. Is this because its a new motor? Or do i need to tweak the carb?

Whenever i wake up in the morning, my stomach is really upset. Almost feels like a hungry pain, but whn i eat, it makes it worse... What could cause this? And it usually goes away in a few hours, then i feel fine

When i first turn on my tv the picture comes in all staticy and noisy for a few seconds. And after about 20 seconds of intermittent white noise and static the picture is clear from there on out. Whas the issue?

I have a 1992 rwd ford f150 with a M5R2 five speed transmission. I have a major leak on the rear section of the transmission. Its not the driveshaft seal, its the gasket between the transmission and the tail section of the transmission. Is there a gasket for this? If thereis, i cant find it. Would rtv work ok?

We have been after our landlord to replace two of our non-grounded (two prong) outlets with a three prong grounded outlet. He hasn't done it, and probably never will, but we couldnt care less anymore, as we are moving out within a month or so. But im just curious, is it againt code to have a two prong outlet in a rented out apartment? One outlet is in the kitchen. The building is in centre conty, pennsylvania.

Can I turn off the stupid auto correct feature on my iPad? It really irritates me

I am running windows xp. And i can't connect to my home wireless. My pc will see the network, and connect to it. But when i open a browser, I get an error message saying i cant find the server. And when i try to renew my ip address I get a message saying the operation failed as no adapter is in the state permissible for this operation

So I forgot my wep code at work. I can still plug into the router and use the Internet, but I'd like to use the wireless. Is there anyway I can retrieve the code by plugging my computer in to the router?

I have a 12" pioneer 600W sub being powered by a 400W pioneer amp. the only box i found that can fit in my pickup has .88 cu ft of airspace. the speakers call for 1.5 cu ft.

1) is this ok

2) is there anything I can do to make this better

3) whats the worst that can happen

4) will this be ok if i dont run the subs full blast all the time? I only plan on using them for a little extra depth to my stereo. nothing crazy

I have a 1992 f150 with a 4.9L and a M50D 5spd trans. when I am under heavy load in first and second gear (such as starting off uphill) I hear a low deep chattering grinding noise. I can feel it in the floor. also if i gun it in 3rd gear, it sometimes makes this noise too. My clutch is less than a year old, so i dont think it could be that. or can it? the clutch doesnt seem to slip at all. the truck goes fine when i accelerate.

I know y'all are gonna say warped rotors, but the strange thing is i dont feel any pulse in the brake pedal. I have a 1992 f150 4.9L engine 5spd manual trans. when I brake at low speed (25mph or less) I dont feel it. when I brake from 25MPH or higher, the truck bounces like it has a warped rotor, the steering wheel shimmys a tiny bit but the brake pedal does not move at all. ball joints and tie rod ends are only a couple years old. I dont feel any vibration when cruising, only braking. whats my issue here?

Where can I buy the stock top hats for an 07 Scion TC? Ive looked everywhere, and can not find them. does anyone know where I can find them? I just need the top hat. I have everything else. there are coil overs in the car now, and we want to put the stock stuff back in because the coil over struts are shot

ok, so at our house, we have 2 rescue Greyhounds, 1 Italian Greyhound, and a dirt old beagle mix. our problem lies with one of these dumb greyhounds. he doesnt eat! if you so much as stand in a different spot than you did they day before, he wont eat. you cant move or make any noise in the house if he does start eating, because he'll stop and just look around like an idiot.if the furniture is re-arranged, or if one of the other dogs is away, he'll just stare at his food and wont eat. the other dogs eat just fine. but this one wont. why? he's perfectly healthy
