  • Is it a good idea to use dry shampoo on my elderly cat?

My cat is 18 years old, and he’s had this kind of weird odor for a while now. I think it’s because he hasn’t been bathing. I’m worried that he’ll get sick, so I’m planning on trying to bathe him myself. I’d prefer to not stress him out with a water bath, but I’m not sure if dry shampoo is a better idea. Advice?

  • Why does my cat stare at me when I sing or raise my voice?

If I do it for long enough she'll eventually walk over to me and sniff me, then meow and sometimes wave her paw at me (gently). This also only really happens if she's relaxed first. Anyone know what this behavior is for?

  • Is Pedigree bad for your dog? If so, why?

I heard from someone that it's a bad brand to get dog food from, but I don't know why they said that or any details. Are they right? Is Pedigree a bad dog food? Please, only answer if you know whether it is, not if you just like it because you use it on your dogs now.

I am 5’1 and my mom is 5’5.5” and my dad is 5’6.5”. I’m aware they’re not that tall in the first place, but my mom said she was taller than me at my age, so what’s the problem? I’m 16 and a girl btw

  • Why has my hair gotten darker?

When I was little my hair used to be as blonde as you can get (not platinum blonde, but regular blonde), but it's gotten darker and darker to the point where there's not nearly as much a difference between my hair and someone with brown hair. Does anyone else's hair just get darker after a while, or is it just me? I'm 16 and a girl btw.

  • Why do Canadians spell words the British way, like "colour" or "offence?"?

You'd think they'd spell them like "color" and "offense" like people in America since they're literally neighboring countries while the British are on an entirely different continent, but nope.

  • One of my cats keeps attacking all of my other cats?

He's neutered, and so are they. Specifically I'm asking about the females, he runs at them and bats at them, and then he turns and walks away as if it never happened. Why's he doing this?

  • Is there a religion for accepting the fact that any religion could be true (including the fact that there might not be one, like Atheists)?

I mean, I'm willing to accept whatever religion is true, I won't deny any of them or anything, but is there a name for that? A person who doesn't necessarily disagree with any religion?

  • Are Bose-Einstein condensates (BEC) actually a form of matter? And if it is, what is it supposed to be?

I've only ever known about solids, liquids, gases and plasma until I heard about BEC. Anyone know what it is, like what it's made of and what's made of it?

  • Why does it seem like leftover food doesn't taste as good as when you originally have it?

I just hate how some of my favorite foods won't taste as good after I leave it in the refrigerator overnight. If I heat it back up again, and it's still fresh, why doesn't it taste as good? It's almost like it's lost some of its original flavor, but why?

  • Question pertaining to rabbit care (Please read below)?

So I have this class called Vet Tech where the teacher has all kinds of animals, and one of them is a rabbit (named Thumper). Every big holiday (like Thanksgiving) she has students who will pet-sit the animals, and since I have a rabbit cage that used to be my old rabbit's, I'm thinking about taking Thumper and pet-sitting him on the holidays. The thing is, I figure it'd be both easier and better if I placed him in my old rabbit's cage, because it's both bigger and much easier to clean. What I'm unsure of is whether or not I should move him to a different cage. Will it cause stress if he's moved cages? He's pretty young, nearly full-grown but not quite, and the cage I'm bringing him home in is pretty small compared to this other one, but I'm not sure the other one is good for the bunny. I figure if no one answers I'll just do what I want, but I wanted to know if someone else knows more about this than I do.

  • Should I take the bunny or leave him?

I take a class called "Vet Tech" which is short for Veterinary Technician, and there are multiple animals that the teacher has as class pets, from ferrets to lizards to guinea pigs to tarantulas to a rabbit. Now, this rabbit is small-ish and very friendly towards people (also neutered I assume), but he's inside this little pen day and night and I feel like he's not getting a really good life in there. I asked the teacher about it and she said that she was looking for someone to give him to, perhaps for the same reasons as I mentioned (though I didn't ask). So I told her I'd think about it. The situation is: we used to have our own bunny but she died over the summer, and we have a hutch outside with a pen around it so she could come out and explore when we were with her.

The thing is, I'm worried the bunny in my class won't able to spend enough time with me because I have school and homework, but I also don't like how he's inside a little tiny cage all day with almost nothing to do. I know if I took him home then he'd have things to do, like go outside and run around (when I'm there) and I have toys and treats our previous rabbit used so he can do stuff inside the hutch. But I am worried there won't be enough people and he'll be jumpy at every sound because he's not used to the quiet..? (I don't know if that's ridiculous or not but I'm not sure, maybe?) I just wanted to get an answer from someone who's knowledgeable about this to help me make a decision.

  • What's the average 15 year old's bra size?

Mine is currently a 36B (I think, I mean all these other questions like this say they have numbers like 38hh, which is as lot different-seeming, but that's what the size on the tag says) and I'm just wondering if that's smaller or medium or bigger than other 15 year olds'.

  • Why do people's accents seem to disappear when they sing?

They all sound like one kind of voice, which seems to have a kind of poetry to it.
