So I'm thinking to get my eyebrows done, for the sake of them being nicely shaped. I'm not sure though whether to get them waxed or threaded and if I'd need to regularly return to the salon or if it was suitable to just tweeze the unwanted hair after the first salon visit, to keep them in shape.

Hey guys...I jus got the York fitness perform 210 cycle thingie...and I'm loving it...it has a lot of features like pulse, rpm and all that and it also has a calorie burned feature. I cycle at the hardest level to really challenge myself and work up a sweat...which is level 32 and after around 26 minutes of pure dripping sweat tastic cycling I can burn around 1000 calories, according to the machine. I mean it's calculated everything else such as my bmi and body fat percentage accurately... Is this 1000 calories legit? Im a 5'4/163cm 16 year old girl and I weigh around 112 pounds/50kgs......thank you in advance :)
