I had it on default english US then it changed into weird more robotic and unclear sound. Then i changed chsngrd it english UK and it still sounds the same. I even chaned the settings from Google to Samsung TTS and back with no success.

It just suddenly changes from default clear US english female voice into a more artificial unclear female voice without me doing anything. the same way with my navigation. I've tried everything in settings with no success.

My aunt gave me an iPhone 4 and I want to switch. Do I just go to AT&T and switch it? Also, do I need to take my mom because we have a family plan? Is there going to be addtional data charges because my current phone right now is NOT a smart phone?
