Just A Baseball Fan

I've had a PS4 for the past few years, but I am switching to Xbox One. I have a Turtle Beach Earforce P12 headset, which is really only made for the PS4, but it has a 3.5mm jack on it. I understand that the audio will work if you plug it into an Xbox One controller, but will the microphone work as well? Need to know if I need to buy a new headset or not for parties.

I'm a 9th grade boy and I ran a 400m in 68 seconds which I know is not that good, but this is one of the first practices without any training whatsoever. I'm just wondering if this is a good beginning time for me to build off of, thanks and be honest.

This is how I see it. Their team is already doing, how do i put this...terrible. Melo is going to leave in free agency anyway, so I think that before the deadline they should trade him to try and get something good for the future, instead of just seeing him go in free agency and getting nothing in return. Even if it effects the team for this season and makes them worse, don't you think they're still gonna do bad anyway if they didn't trade him? I wanna see what you guys have to say. (Just saying this is coming from a Knicks fan myself)

In my league, there is two starting qb slots. I have Brees, Alex Smith, and Matt Ryan. Two weeks ago I benched Matt Ryan because of his poor play, and signed Alex Smith and he has been doing pretty well the last week and this week. (Scoring 21 points in both games in the two weeks.) Next week playoffs starts and I am the two seed finishing the season at 9-4. I am wondering if I should start Matt Ryan who has been playing decent (This week scored 15 points). He is playing the Packers, who don't have a great defense. But then Alex Smith is playing the Redskins. Who should I start next week for fantasy? Thanks and good luck in your playoffs!

My running backs are Alfred Morris, Giovanni Bernard, and on my bench I have Ben-Jarvus Green Ellis. My wide receivers are Brian Hartline, Santonio Holmes, and A.J Green. My tight ends are Julius Thomas and on my bench I have Greg Olsen. So, to strengthen my running game should I accept this?

I've had my xbox for a long time and it has always been fine. I was talking to my friends, then I just got disconnected from XBOX LIVE. I tested my connection and it said I was connected to the network but my internet failed. My internet is up and running right now. Does anyone have any idea what's wrong?
