Hi, I´ve been researching uk quota laws but all I can seem to find is about the proposed quota by the EU (that would make it law that 40% of those occupying top positions must be women). Does this mean that the UK does not already have a quota in place? I have to give a debate stating that women should be promoted in equal numbers to men so any ideas would be gratefully received!

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone here was using either product to control pms/ hormone fluctuations (caused by the pill in my case) and which is better and are there any side effects? particularly weight gain or hormonal acne. Also I've read that agnus castus reduces the sex drive, has this been a problem for anyone?

When I spent some time in Spain a spanish friend told me that the degree I study at university (Hispanic studies) is not simply referred to as estudios hispanicos in Spainish, rather it has its own particular name. Does anyone know this name? As I cannot remember but would like to know so I dont make any 'guiri' mistakes when I go out again.

Last night during sex with my boyfriend when he pulled out I had a sudden gush of blood (probably about a tablespoons worth) which I felt leave me. I thought it was my period so we stopped but that was the only blood I got. This wasnt my first time but we were quite rough so I was wondering whether it may have been my hymen breaking? I was always an active kid and a gymnast so as I didnt bleed at all during my first time I figured I had already broken it but maybe not?

We're going away later this week and I dont want to worry about making a mess on hotel sheets so does anyone know if its likely to be my hymen or something else? or is it likely to happen again?

Its a tan which builds up over 3 hours but I'm working all day tomorrow and really need to be fuzz free before hand (I'm a lifeguard) and I didnt really think it through. So will my tan go/ be blotchy if i use hair removal cream now?

hey ive been told to do a mann whitney U test for my biology write up. I've done this test before but only when i only had 2 conditions.

Everytime i shave i get little bumps of a rash on my legs but it normally goes away after i moisturise, however today it hasn't and looks awfull because it hasn't removed the hair properly either so i have red bumps and stubble- not a good look (!)

i have to go to train with alot of lifeguards today (who are pretty hot ;) )and i don't want them to see my legs and be put off

is there anything i can do to get rid of it? Any help much apreciated :)
