WHOA! So for the longest time I've been trying to make it to #1 on Facebook... but now I'm #5?! LOL. I'll most likely drop to #6 soon, but that's ok. I don't think Yahoo! Answers is the same as it used to be. I'm here to answer questions about FB -- not voting myself into the #1 spot. Sigh. But really, I'm addicted to Facebook and honestly just love answering questions about it. If you ever have any questions about FB, I'll be glad to help you out! Headlight problem: headlights don't come on but high beams work?
The other night I was driving and noticed my left (driver side) headlight didn't come on but the right one did. I just replaced both bulbs about 10 months ago so I thought it was odd that one had already burned out.
Well then last night I was driving but when I turned my headlights on, nothing happened. My dash lights came on as if everything was fine, but my headlights weren't working! So then I tried to work my high beams, and I was able to get light. I noticed my high beam light indicator on my dash didn't work, but alteast I was able to turn my headlights on so I could drive at night!
Does anyone know what needs to be replaced? It can't just be bulbs because I replaced both of them less than a year ago, plus they turn on when I turn on my high beams. I drive a 1997 Toyota RAV4, so yes my car is old and doesn't have lights that automatically come on in the dark. Please help!

This morning I started my car as usual, but instead of staying on, it automatically shut off. I put my keys in the ignition again -- I heard the usual "ding" telling me my keys were in, my clock came on, my radio came on, the car started, but then it promptly died. What's wrong with it?
I did this about 4 more times, then prayed for my car to start. The 5th time I kinda gave it some gas after turning the key and "gassed" it for a few minutes. Then I just let go and it was ok. I was able to get where I needed to go. But what is it that keeps the car "started" after putting your key in the ignition? What should I have fixed about it?
