I'll be eating around 1400-1600 calories a day. Working on losing 1-2 lbs a week. This is the calorie recommendation I got from my fitness pal. I got another recommendation of 2024 calories a day . And I'd like to burn about 700 cals a day. Which would be perfect. But I don't see myself eating that much during the day. Maybe I can depends on my mood and what I have for the day and how busy I am.

* I am not trying to go under . Just maintain my diet and control my eating. My menu may change over time but for now I can only get about 1500 calories. I want to lose 1-2 lbs a week or make some progress. At this point but it is a goal of mine.

If my calories at the end of the day after eating and exercise would 800 calories be safe and okay ?

I have nowhere to go really to learn much about sewing but I REALLY want to . Will this video help for all sewing machines or just that one sewing machine?

Ive webcammed with my boyfriend and stuff. he wants me to visit for a few days. he's paying half f for my ticket . my mom is fine with it. but I know my dad won't be. I want to go down. but I don't lkike to stress my father and go against what he says

She is walking fine. I think she might be limping a bit. I honestly hatee going yo the vet they're so expensive.but if I have to I will. But from what I see she is fine. The same old happy kitty. I'm so sad I hurt her so bad :(

literally on of my favorite stores is being built within driving/walking /bus range (tjmaxx) and I am just dying I've been wanting to work there since forever. I always wanted to work in retail especially there.Sad thing is I've had ZERO job experience I've been job searching I've had some nibbles but it hasn't gone farther than the interview(im so shy !, I know its terrible I have severe anxiety and it comes out of NOWHERE it kills me ) but yeah.. I am 19 I am thinking about doing volunteer work for a couple months maybe. and by then maybe tjmaxx will be searching for workers I'm not exactly sure who to contact before hand about applications just I see tjmaxx has a online app. I've honestly wanted no other jobs other than this and now its a possibility. I'm always majoring in business management I think retailers like that. Just I have no experience. so I'm hoping maybe the volunteer work could help ?

as of lately I have stopped job searching just because of school I have a tough semester. But I'm willing to work my schedule for one of m y dream jobs.

I know there are answers to a question like this but they're super old reviews. and I've read that bobbi boss hair quality has gone down. I plan to POSSIBLY dye the hair I'm not sure if I get the bobbi boss I'll get it pre-colored. and if I get milkyway I'll probably keep it black not sure

it is a few months old. I feed it sometimes. I haven't seen it in a while until today . I knew before it seemed sick but now its worse somethings wrong with her eye. I know some humane societies put down their kittens. maybe that's the best ? I'd take the cat myself if I didn't have 2 other cats. and sadly I can't afford to care for a third + it's medical bills . I honestly doubt anybody will find it and take it in, it stays near/around my yard and I feel so bad for the poor kitty !

like sometimes I look and they're looking at me more than just a couple times. I am shy and honestly it'd be cool if a guy actually came up to talk to me. but that has rarely happened. but If I do see a guy looking at me more than usual out at the store or something should I just say hi ? or is that just weird since we're just out in public ?

I just ordered tickets. they say that they won't be shipped til the feb 27th. the concert is march 2nd.

nor will they be willing to pay for the backstage passes either sadly. :[ they have other things to pay for. So i'll be going to the lady gaga concert solo. should I be nervous going alone? or? just bite the bullet and go ?

I had to keep her in the kitchen for a couple of days to separate my two cats they fight a lot... I come home and a bunch of things are knocked down. she was trying to get to the window probably. My vet isn't open tomorrow. they will be monday. I don't think it's very serious. it could be I only been gone since Friday at 2 oclock. and I just got back. I might try and wipe it up with a q-tip or something else.

But some answers now or by tomorrow would be great. She is eating just fine, and drinking water. and shes responsive. I don't think its much but she is squinting. I think she probably hit her eye :(

my parents doubtfully will take me her to an emergency hospital, especially with the snow.

if it is that serious I could probably tomorrow morning to an emergency place. thank you. im thinking she probably bumped her eye. Ive read it is serious especially involving the eye. but hopefully it will be better by tomorrow

so many places I go to use buttercream. butter cream everything. They have alot of flavors this one place I go to. I think it's because it maybe lasts longer?. personally I can't stand it I think it's way to sweet and just not good. I like it nice and simple. I hate store bought. I like a good ol' whip cream frosting or cream cheese, and maybe peanut butter. I rarely like icing. especially the kind that you get on premade cake at the store >u< icky ick ick .

I just got my eyebrows waxed for the first time sunday. they still kind of sting when I touch them and are kind of itchy. and a tad bit red too. am I allergic?
