Wat's differencs b'ween these two?Is there patent available for artwork in india except theatre or painting.

Daily in india,we come cross to so many complexities related to public works like recently a boy fall in open sewage pipe or other problems.Tell me is really govt. responsible for it or we are unable to perform our civic duties like taking care of our public properties(parks,rivers,lakes),filing complaint against open sewage in above case?

Sometimes i see some old persons travelling on cycle and carrying newspaper or milkbottles to supply our needs or a sick rickshaw puller.Do you think it's right that inspite of so much unemployment in india,young ones don't want to do such works or families of old persons are not ready to support them in their end days.

I had studied whole of the patent act but still i am having a problem.Is it possible to get a patent for artistic work otherthan performing or theatre art.If yes,pls tell me how?

I am having blackheads all over my nose,spoiling my beautiful nose.I had tried Garnier's Exfoliating gel and few others but they are too dry as my skin is mix i.e oily around nose an other dry.Pls help,prefarably homemade(except strips),as exfoliating gels spoil oil balance of face.
