I had studied whole of the patent act but still i am having a problem.Is it possible to get a patent for artistic work otherthan performing or theatre art.If yes,pls tell me how?

Hi there,I am a lawyer but i think you shuld try site for patent.Art work is not included in patent but if you think you have better quality then you can have registered trademark for it.Hope this will help you out.Good Luck!
