Is it a mental thing beciase now I feel like I don't look like myself anymore

My head has a bizarre way of thinking like today I went to a store around one in the morning and this women was standing for the bathroom this women looked a little old but when I went in to use the bathroom and when I came out the se women came out like three seconds after me but she looked a little more young is it me or did she take my looks like my youth here the bizarre part my head thinks the lady made the bathroom a face changing station I know but please help me understand

Me and my family were visiting relatives and they kissed my family's cheek lbut not me they just shook my hand

I know of sounds out of bound but I was sleeping and I thought I heard like something fell I thought someone broke in my home but it felt like a dream i was frozen with fear like to turn around and so I slept I then woke up and was fine

This makes me take a lot of showers because my head think there is cement powder in my hair I really need help in this thought

In the movies however when he did I heard like not a crack but like a noise I'm pretty sure my bone didn't crack as I would be dead by now but my neck kinda hurts when I turn to the left but if I turn the other way or stay still I feel fine as if nothing happned what do you think that noise was becauase he didn't like turn my neck 360 but it wasn't that under either so any ideas thanks.

Here's an example I was playing with my friend rough housing a bit then he hit his arm I heard like a pop or something my head thought he like dislocated his arm but he said he was fine he was moving his arm normally then my head transition from that point to me being in a coma now my head thinks I'm in a coma becauase of my guilt for my friend hitting his arm this is what I struggle with my family sees my friend acting fine they all see him but my head still thinks his arm is broken or dislocated another example is cement powder my head thinks people everywhere no matter who is trying to throw cement powder on my hair it's another thing I struggle with then there is superstition to witchcraft I can go on and on my list is long bottom line is I have a delusion thought issue top with paranoia and a OCD issue as well I don't how I'm able to keep my self together in public but on the inside I'm losing it so what do you say would you consider me to be a schizophrenic?

I have a lot of mental issues like mainly separating reality from fictional I'm aware at times of what im doing but then i BELIVE even to the most delusional thoughts I belive it I find myself crying or frustrated to the point for a whole day I can only think about it I can't eat normally sometimes or I can do normal things because my reality fictional thinking now I belive I'm in a coma but im not I hope not I really need a refresher of reality I'm on the edge of feeling lost I just need help calming my head down

This happens everyday and I think it's psychological but my mind thinks every where is a hazard to my hair like any suspisos thing that happens my mind instantly thinks it's cement powder and what happens is today well it was around 11 at night and there was this lady smoking in the nearly lit alley way I was walking through and I idjnt hear her walk behind me but my head thinks she quietly came up behind me and put cement powder on my hair anyways I came back home and took a really quick shower fast wash and my hair doesn't feel weird a little hot but nothing much so back to my question does my hair have cement powder and if so what are the symptoms? thanks Ive been suffering with this mental thing for seven years

Disposal so I checked the electric breaker and I clicked on the buttons and when I pressed this one button it made the same noise and a green shock light sparked and it didn't work it didn't want to be pushed in what happned?

She seems fine she said she didn't swallo anything but just in case what symptoms will happen if she did swallo a little drop of shampoo?

At my school I was in the stall for around ten minutes I mostly like staying there during lunch but This guard came in and pounded on the door like a gorilla knocking kn the door then he told me to leave I told him I'm leaving I opened the stall door he was standing near the exit and he said what were you doing standing there for ten minutes I told him I didn't have friends he said go to the library then before he left he said like it was an order he said wash your hands not even a please I didn't do anything wrong I wasn't doing anything illegal and this isn't the first time he's knocked on the door like that but it was the first time he told me to leave he was so rude I was like yes sir then I said sorry sir honestly people today are so rude to those who aren't anyways any reply thnks so much

My hair feel fine not like super greasy I took a shower I didn't use any shampoo but my hair feels fine but if it did how would I know I have motoroil in my hair even if it was the smallest drop.
