Seriously, please make an appointment with a licensed mental health professional, though, namely a clinical psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or a licensed-clinical social worker (LCSW), both of whom may provide an "official" mental health diagnosis. I'm not sure if you're having symptoms of the anxiety disorder known as ocd (obsessive-compulsive disorder) or another mental health issue. Regardless, it's important for you to make an appointment with a licensed therapist.
I would encourage you to also schedule an appointment with a board-certified psychiatrist who may prescribe medication for those with mental health issues, too.
Please do *not* try to provide a self-diagnosis (or self-treatment), and instead make an appointment with a licensed therapist.
Here is a website that should have some local counseling agencies:
https://findtreatment.samhsa.gov/ and can type one's zip code or state of residence into search.
Their toll-free 24/7 ** referral ** hotline:
1-800-662-HELP (4357).
